I work out if town a lot and this camera is fabulous !! I have bought three total and plan to buy more. It's better and way cheaper than any of the security plans you pay for monthly.

We're using this for our baby monitor and it works great! Love that you can use your phone or tablet to see whats going on. You can set the alerts to record for motion or sound. Night vision works very well also!

Good quality, night vision works well. Nice to be able to save alert videos to micro sd card rather than needing to pay for cloud service. Alert images also can be uploaded to your google pictures (picasa.) After about a month, no disconnection issues or anything.

The camera is awesome. The price isn't too bad for a full HD camera that has night vision and works great with the provided app or integrated with Smartthings. I have 6 and they work beautifully.

Bought the drop cam and returned it because they charge you to store video files. Samsung links to your Google for free.

The app, web interface etc are both a bit on the clunky confusing side. But after I got the gist of how this worked - things are up and running.

Purchased as gift for friend. Using one in our home for almost 2 years. Loved the product until the third party company updated the app. One of the best features was the ability to activate motion detection and have pictures sent automatically to the Google Cloud. Really enjoyed that feature for almost 2 years. Just a week after purchasing this product for a friend, we learned the app had updates. Google stopped supporting the Cloud sync. Therefore motion detection was not usable unless you activated their online program that required payment. We never would have purchased if we knew that update was coming. Great video quality. Does have the ability to communicate via small speaker in the camera. Great night vision. However, we would not purchase this product again.
