I love it! Just a couple of things I would improve is to increase the volume from my phone to the device. I would love for my dog to hear me! :-) Also I wish it came in black so it wouldn't be noticeable. I have been telling my friends what a great camera this is!

I have 10 different (indoor/outdoor) Samsung Smart Cam cameras. This model is a great indoor camera and being able to use the built in speaker and mic to communicate with family members at home is great!

Camera works very well. My only suggestion would be frequent updates to the mobile app. The user interface is outdated.

I bought 2 of these cameras and they work great. My only problem is the web site stinks...use the app for better results. This is much better than paying for subscription from other camera companies

The fact that there is only on board storage makes this camera limited for my use. earlier versions of Samsung surveillance cameras had the ability to store recorded footage on google drive( i still use such camera so at this time this has not changed). The clarity of this camera is excellent though even better than the model they released after this one, But the bulky shape of this camera makes it difficult to hide which is necessary for a camera with only on board storage.

We bought these 2 cameras to feel more secure in our home They work very well we have one upstairs and one downstairs and we love the playback feature and we are able to monitor from our iphones

This product is effective as a security camera. you can record video clips on a micro usb chip

Works Fine. Easy to connect. Speaker not that great. Just connect external speakers instead.

Bought this camera to keep an eye on pets while at work. It does it's purpose. There are some delayes especially on higher resolution. Setup was also cumbersome and there was no technical support for the app not working on my phone. Still waiting on a manager to call me after a month. They since updated the app to work

Bought this camera for our front door entry way after putting one on the second floor.

This is one of the best security camera out there. The fact that it takes an SD Card is a cool feat to have. What it records stays with in the sd card. Hands down samsung did a good job here.

In my opinion, this camera offers more than what I was expecting, because it works great with my galaxy 6. Now, I have eyes at home without me being there which is a great piece of mind.

The negative is the camera is always sending a ping on your wifi.

WORKS WELL WITH WIFI AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A GOOD STABLE FAST INTERNET CONNECTION.

Do not buy the Samsung SmartCam. We spent hours trying to connect it with the home wifi. After several phone calls with Samsung and poor customer service, the camera never worked. We instead purchased the Drop Cam. It worked within two minutes of having it out of the package and we have had no problems with it.
