We are very happy with it, apart from the fact that we have not been able to synch it to our universal remote, which may be operator error!

Thank you for your review of the Samsung Audio Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the bass sound quality.
Please know that the HW-MS650 has a dedicated Bass level control on your remote.
The button is labeled “BASS”, and is located to the right of the Volume button.
Push the button up or down to adjust the bass volume within -6 to +6 range.
To set the bass volume level to 0, simply press the button again.

It has now been nine days since Best Buy received the returned sound bar and have not received any credit for said sound bar. I am not happy!
