    Extremely pleased with this sound bar, however, for some reason it stopped working several days ago. It would work briefly when the TV first came on then go silent. After doing some research on Google we tried unplugging it then plugged it back in after about 20 seconds. That did the trick and it been working fine ever since.

    I purchased the soundbar primarily to improve the clarity of the dialogue on our older Samsung 46-inch LCD TV, as well as for DVDs played thru our Samsung Blu-ray DVD player (which allows the background movie music to overwhelm the dialogue when playing the DVD soundtrack thru the TV). Also, I did not want wires running thru our family room for surround sound audio.

    This is a good sound bar. It was easy for the techs to install with our tv purchase. The techs recommended not installing on the wall below the tv because of the weight. We’ve only had it a couple weeks, but it is already a huge step up from our smaller Bose sound bar. Samsung has great products.

    I was looking to improve the sound of my Samsung 4K bedroom tv and looked at different sound bars. This one is very solid has 2 HDMI ports and sounds great. I opted to go without the additional subwoofer since we have a low-profile look in our bedroom and the built in sub for this sounds better darn good. Excellent for a bedroom or secondary space.

    Sound was amazing in the store. Good option without a sub but bought the Samsung plus sub as well. The device was stuck in demo and to be fair yes it was a open box. The store wouldn't reset or honor the price to replace it with another open box. Very confusing
