Got tired of the tv speakers and bought this unit as an open box item, it was practically brand new. Bought additional speakers to go with this

the bass is smooth and the value of this sound bar is worth it. the sound is clean and helps my Samsung TV become even better. the aesthetic is also sleek.

Bought this with a Samsung smart TV. attaches easily to the wall under the tv, sounds great, and I can combine the remotes to use one for both the tv and sound bar.

This is a great sounding sound bar. If you don't have your TV wall mounted, (otherwise using a TV stand) this may block the remote sensor.

This sound bar greatly enhanced the audio on my TV. It is a very noticeable improvement from the TV sound and it is controlled by the cable remote without switching to another function.

Overall: This is a very good soundbar that puts out room-filling sound. It's easy to setup and use and integrates into Samsung's connected home vision. I was very impressed with the build quality and audio output. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an all-in-one soundbar solution for their television. Setup: This is a wall-mountable speaker, so you have the option of using it with a wall mount or placing it on a surface in front of the TV. The TV I set this up with sits on a stand, so I placed this on the stand if front of the TV. There are a couple parts that you need to attach prior to setting it down. There is a plastic cable holder that screws onto the indentation around where all the cables attach. It allows you to wrap extra lengths of cables around it to keep them out of the way. It attaches with a single screw. Additionally, there are two rubber holder feet that lift the soundbar slightly off the surface on which it sits. They affix to either end of the bottom of the speaker with 1 included screw each. The feet lift the sounder off the surface by about half an inch. With the feet, the device is about 3.5 in./9 cm high and 41.75 in./106 cm wide. It’s a little bit wider than the 42 in. Samsung TV to which I have it connected. Once the feet and cable holder are attached, you have a few options to connect it to your TV. I chose the included optical cable, which works well. You can also connect it via Bluetooth or HDMI. For HDMI, there is also 4K passthrough. Features and Use: Once the speaker is plugged into an outlet and connected to the TV, it can be powered on and controlled by either the included remote or the existing remote for the TV. One of the features I appreciate about this soundbar over my previous soundbar is that you can use one remote to control the TV and soundbar. Previously, I had to turn on the TV with one remote and turn on the soundbar with another. Then when I wanted to change the volume, I couldn't use the volume buttons on the TV remote, I had to grab the soundbar remote again. This setup simplifies things. The front of the soundbar has an LED panel on the top right that lights up to indicate the current input source or any changes to settings (volume, bass, etc.). ​There are control buttons on the right side if you want to turn the soundbar on directly without a remote. The sound coming out of this soundbar is quite impressive. Samsung says they put 9 speakers in this unit with a built in subwoofer. The built in subwoofer also means you don't need to have a second standalone unit to get a good bass sound. There are various sound modes to change the audio settings based on the type of audio being played such as music or movies. There is also a setting to simulate surround sound that works pretty well. If you want a true surround sound experience, Samsung also sells wireless speakers that can be paired with this unit. I didn't get to try these out as part of this review. If the TV connectivity was the only feature of this soundbar, I would still rate it very highly. But, you can also pair phones, laptops or other Bluetooth devices to the soundbar to use it as a wireless speaker. Pairing to my phone was easy, and I was able to get music playing in a short amount of time. The sound is clear and can get quite loud. Finally, Samsung has a mobile app for iOS and Android, Samsung Connect. You can connect the soundbar to that app to directly control the power and settings from your phone as well as to create multiroom audio through multiple connected speakers. I only had this speaker to use with the app, but it's a nice option.

This soubdbar packs w/ awesome sound and bass. Pair it up with a subwoofer & rear speakers and you’ll have your living room walls banging when watching action-packed movies.

i bought this for my bedroom and used it with a Samsung 65 inch tv, great sound for a smaller room.

I bought this sound bar because I wanted more sound from my TV and it delivers. The bass and sound are perfect for my apartment and sound is crystal clear.

This soundbar was overpriced when it came out, but it is now priced very competitive and it is wonderful not having to have a subwoofer anywhere.

This soundbar has made a huge difference in the quality of sound from our 65" Sony flatscreen tv. It was easy to install and we can't imagine how we enjoyed watching tv without it.

Had a sound bar for my other tv that was less money but you get what you pay for. Not as good as a home sound system but works well.

Definatly worth it. I wasn't planning on purchasing a sound bar with my new TV but when I heard this one, I was sold. Geek Squad did an excellent job of setting up my TV and sound bar.

Great impressive soundbar with built-in woofer that is minimalistic in space (and add wireless rear surround speakers for full effect)

This sound bar was perfect for our space, which has vaulted ceilings. The built in sub woofer is wonderful so I’m not having to deal with a wireless unit. Great speaker!

I've never owned surround sound but this sound bar makes movies and games a whole lot better. I purchased it open-box, and it was a steal.

Never owned a soundbar previous to this one but I can say that this soundbar is superior to most. I definitely recommend, it’s a must buy if looking for a soundbar.

Went with just the sound bar for the first week and then added the subwoofer and rear speakers, big difference. Definitely recommend going with the full system!!!
