I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with its sound performance.
Have you tried the Surround sound control that adds depth and a sense of space to the sound effect?
There is a dedicated button for the control on the remote, located on the left just below the Play button, and is labeled "Surround".
Each time you press this button, ON and OFF alternate. When it is ON, the unit play sound over all the speakers.
When it is OFF, you can hear the sound of the original source channel from several speakers.

Ok sound

I called best buy and wanted to exchange for another and they said i was past the 15 day return policy. So now im talking with Samsung techs to try and resolve the problem. Also when watching movies i have to put the volume up to 80 to hear adequate sound.
