Overall this is a great bar with some bass built in. I will still purchase a separate sub but for now it’s functioned very well.

This is my second of these sound bars for a second TV. Sounds great, very easy to connect and equalize. I would purchase again if necessary.

I bought this to add to my new Samsung TV and It worked perfectly out of the box. I feel like I am at the theater. Excellent highs and a substantial bass response.

I love this soundbar. It filled my room but I did buy the extra subwoofer because I wanted more bass for when I have movie nights at my home

Works great with my Samsung tv. The only thing I would change would be to make the cords longer.

Wanted a high quality sound bar without the subwoofer. This fits the bill. We have limited space for a subwoofer and the built in one works fine.

Love this soundbar with the built in subwoofer - I did not want the subwoofer sitting on the floor behind a piece of furniture. Sounds great!

I upgraded from a lesser unit. The old unit had too much bass. It was distracting to me while watching movies.

The Samsung Soundbar arrived in a pretty large box with some pretty good weight to it, revealing that it was going to be a pretty solid product. During unboxing, I found all the required items to allow quick connection via digital optical in from my Samsung TV. After reading through the directions I was able to get it up and running pretty quickly. The enclosed remote is somewhat Spartan but did get the job done. It does have a bass control button on the remote to control the amount of bass (unlike some other big named manufacturers) that allows some control over your level of bass. The sound was clear, especially dialog. It has several different sound profiles (movie, music, sports, etc) to give you different sound configurations. For me, I put it on standard for most things which gave it the best overall sound. It also has multiple connection modes (wifi, digital in, hdmi, 4k passthrough, bluetooth) to allow for multiple ways to connect to the TV. If you have a later Samsung TV or Samsung multi-room speakers, you can set it up through wifi and stream music as well as the TV sound. I had issues initially getting the TV to find the soundbar but it eventually located it and worked seamlessly. It also streamed music quite well through the Samsung app and was quite good at it. Now to the caveat.. The sound from the soundbar is quite clear and robust, but the big claim to fame on this particular model is that the sub for bass is "built in". Now it does have some solid crisp bass and can fill a room pretty well, but I don't think it measures up to systems that have a sub-woofer with them. Does it make it not worth owning? Absolutely not, if you are not into bass-heavy sounds or don't care to have your house vibrate when you watch a movie, then this product will more that fit your bill. If however, you want the neighborhood to know your watching Terminator trilogy you might want to look elsewhere. It is still an impressive soundbar that warrants your consideration for the price. I love this sound bar. I had a Samsung bar prior and it died. This one works great but spend the extra money and get the sub. It’s a must.

This sound bar has great sound and the different modes make easy for someone who has some hearing loss.

The quality of the audio is fantastic! Hooks up easy and multiple inputs for many needs, among Bluetooth.
