    Have had no issues except the bass is weak so I added the sub and the bass is muddled or weak or something. The JBL with 10inch sub has much better bass.

    Great Value On Sale

    Moved into a new house and put my large surround sound system in a theater room. Wanred something to go with the TV in our large great room. My wife wanted a soundbar for aesthetics. After considerable research and finding this on sale I got this with the optional Sub ($750 for both). I was sceptical that a sound bar would cut it in such a large room bur wow it delivered. The bar by itself does a decent job. With the sub the sound stage opens up and adds depth with a solid tight bass and frees up the speakers in the bar to focus on the mids and highs. Sound is excellent for both movies and TV (we only stream on this TV) tried streaming music from Alexa briefly via BT and it worked well. If you have a large room and can swing it get both. If you are in an apartment or the room is not that large/open the bar by itself is more than adequate. Grab one or both while on sale - great sound and great value!

    Absolutely disappointed by this Soundbar !!! It worked fine for about 3 months and now it has to be reset at least 3 or 4 times a week. I spent way to much money to have to worry about disconnecting all the cables and recycle power to this thing. Now I have to deal with Samsung service,!!! It’s only 3 months old and it is no longer reliable!!! I want my money back!!!

      Our warranty process is efficient and easy:
      1) Once you contact and inform us that you need to process an RMA, we will email you an RMA form.
      a) This form will ask for your contact info, reason for repair, and a copy/photo of your receipt/bill of sale (if possible).
      b) Please email us back the completed form and proof of purchase.
      2) Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will email you your RMA Ticket Number. If you are within the U.S., you will also be emailed a UPS label to send us your Soundbar/Speakers/UBD for assessment.
      3) You should receive your repaired or replacement drive within 5-7 business days from the date you shipped us back your model.

      If at any time you wish to check the status of your RMA, you can contact Samsung Customer Support at any of the following options:

    The piece I bought had issues with side buttons. Some of them don’t work. Device continues have issues with default settings. It defaults to blue tooth even if I choose the source to be digital input within 2 min

    My samsung soundbar and surround speakers R3360 wireless or great easy to hook up great sound just what I have been looking for. Wish I had got wireless sub swa-w700 too have to waittttt now for it to ever go on sale again.

    Sound isn't bad but the auto shut off that happens maybe 12 - 14 minutes when no sound is coming through is a pain. If you pause a show or movie to go do something the stupid thing shuts everything off. I some times listen to movies late night with blue tooth headphones and can't do that now They don't work with the bar just my Apple or Amazon TV and no sound to the bar and of course everything shuts off. I got it because of the 2 4k pass through's but Apple TV has Prime app now so don't need the second HDMI Bad purchase for me. I see others have asked Samsung for a firmware change but no success

    This soundbar is awesome. Although it does not include a separate subwoofer, it does provide some subtle bass directly from the soundbar. I enjoy the multiple HDMI connections. If your TV has limited HDMI connections, this soundbar allows you to connect an additional 2 items without the hassle of disconnecting. It is definitely worth the price (if you can get it on sale)!

    Requires setting the source every time

    Wanted to eliminate my receiver and run my cable box and my Apple TV into the sound bar with one HDMI cable to my Samsung TV. Installed it per the instructions, but every time I turn on the TV the sound bar required me to toggle through the source. I wanted the input source to default to HDMI IN 1. Called SC and for an hour ran through a whole bunch of scenarios with the TV that really made no sense but I complied in case I was missing something. STILL DID NOT WORK! Seems like a no brainer to just have a setting to set the a default input source like every other electronic device, but no! Ended up returning it and having reset my TV and remotes back.

    horrible experience after 8 hours

    I work in tech - this sort of thing should be easy. 1. had to contact samsung support to get the subwoofer to connect to soundbar 2. soundbar is turning off and on randomly, with no warning 3. can't connect soundbar to samsung app to update firmware to try and solve shutting on and off 4. cannot connect soundbar to wifi bottom line? this thing sucks and i will be returning it tomorrow.
