So far so good! Simple to use and looks great! The dishwasher is so quiet

We have had this dishwasher about a month. So far we are extremely pleased with it. The dishwasher has a lot of room, we like the top rack for small items and it is extremely quiet.

Washes very well and is easy to use. Love the storm wash option

SOOI QUIET!!¡ this is a beautiful addition to my kitchen and is so quiet. Standing next to it could lull one to sleep! My favorite thing is knowing how much time till the wash is done. I also love that there are different layouts recommended to get the most effective wash! I could talk about several other features I love. I used to hand wash dishes, now I purposefully use dishes just so I can use the dishwasher. Don’t forget to get rinse aid!

Very quite and efficient. Only drawback is if you have big pots or pans it is little hard to adjust inside as the water spiller rotating under the drawer get stuck with it. Othar than this, rest everything is smooth

No more pre-rinsing if you don’t mind emptying the screen in the dishwasher. Cleans spotless and sterilizers the dishes. Runs just under 2 1/2 hours the last dishwasher we had it took over 3 1/2 hours for it to finish a load. Had to open the dishwasher to add some thing and could not believe how hot the steam was inside when we open the door.

Delivery great. Installation great. Quieter than I expected. I noticed a chip on the front door two days after delivery. Picture is attached.

This is the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. It worked for 16 days and then sat unusable for nearly 3 months before I took it out and replaced with a different dishwasher purchased from another store. I had multiple technician visits under warranty for repair starting in March and after the last visit and a replacement of the dishwasher door it now leaks constantly out of the new door. The first visit was to replace the pump due to the error code 3C. That didn’t address the problem so they ordered a new wiring harness after the technician did a live chat with a Samsung rep. After new wiring the dishwasher worked for 3 loads. On the 4th load it sent off the leak sensor and quit running. After another visit it was decided that a new door needed to be ordered. The new door arrived and was replaced. The dishwasher leaked significantly more after the new door was on - spraying water out of the top, although when the dishwasher was ran empty it leaked less. Samsung suggested that I continue to run the dishwasher empty. They also deemed that there is physical damage over the phone (although the repair technician in the house did not note any damage). I now have a $800 paperweight sitting in storage. I have spent countless hours on the phone attempting to return this dishwasher including 4 pages of documentation and the only thing Samsung will consider is a claim for the damage to my flooring. I will never buy another Samsung product or another appliance from Best Buy.

Nice dishwasher, works great. As advertised. Only thing is a little light and sometimes tips if there are too many heavy items inside.

Perfect dishwasher for our large family. The 3rd row really helps with getting all the silverware and utensils. The storm wash feature for pots/pans is one of my favorites. Super quiet while running.

Two months into it and the dishwasher is performing a lot better than my previous model Samsung. 60 min cycle cleans better than the 2 hour normal cycle of the previous model.

Let me preface this by saying I am resistant to change but I just HAD to have this dishwasher. My experience has been a learning one. I immediately loved the space. For the first time ever I can put two full size dinner dishes side by side. And my wine glasses fit without being cocked to the side! Everything came out so clean. I couldn’t find any of my utensils while I was cooking but chalked it up to my kids must have run off somewhere with spatulas playing SpongeBob. Until I started my next load, there they were, right where I had put them – on the top shelf. That’s going to take some getting used to, another rack to unload. In the mean time I am “reminding” myself by putting the lid to my coffee pot up there. I definitely notice missing half my coffee pot. I guess I should have taken more time to read the manual, but I was so excited I just dived right in… My next load had me scratching my head a little. I tried to put cookie sheets in but they were too tall for the bottom rack. That’s when I called for help, my sister has a Samsung dishwasher also and I asked if her bottom rack was just as short. She told me the middle shelf was adjustable. So I got the manual and learned what the red levers were for – COOL! Working the controls also took a bit of getting used to, I started out just punching them as hard as I could with the tips of my fingers and it really wasn’t working well. It’s not a button to be mashed. A gentle touch for half a second and it works perfectly. It’s been a few weeks, I’ve learned all about the dishwasher, and I’m completely in love. The Top shelf is awesome (I still keep the lid to my coffee pot there), the flexibility of the inside layout is great for washing large, small, and oddly shaped things. Everything come clean, every time, no matter what kind of burned on lasagna I throw at it. It sings the prettiest song and even pops open to let me know it’s clean (I know that’s a drying feature but I like to think it just knows I need a little help). It is beautiful and stylish, high-tech, just truly the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Thank you so much Samsung for letting me be a part this campaign, you have inspired a complete Kitchen remodel including other new Samsung appliances.

Love my new dishwasher has that sleek and modern look with the controls hidden .

It works fine but with plastic components it's not built to last. My top rack stopper broke and Samsung refuse to fix it. Why I would break my one 1k dishwasher
