I like the clean design and interior features. The having to dry the clean dishes is annoying. They are never dry regardless of cycle chosen.

I love that our new dishwasher matches our other Samsung appliances. One thing I wrestle with is the very top rack, for small flat stuff. I never used one, and don't now, the the middle rack (top) for plastic items and cups gets continually hung up on the top flat stuff rack, pulling it out, so that I cannot continue loading the top items. The bottom rack seems to be a little fragile, compared to the last one we had, which we did not have to get rid of, but did to have all appliances match. The flip down spikes and rows are not as sturdy as they should be, and I cannot put some things in the washer because of the spacing of the row spikes. :-(

The dishwasher machine in general is a very good one and very silent. Modern design but the only thing that eh! is how dry the stuff when it is done, but what I like about it is the feature of auto release (may compensate for not drying the stuff, depends on your preference).

Cleans great and is so quiet you wont hear it at all

This thing is so quiet you seriously won’t even know it’s running. Only complain (and this is my fault for not reading the full specs) is that this unit doesn’t have a drying element…BUT…it does automatically pop the door open and start moving some air to speed up the drying time

We purchased this dishwasher to replace an older one. Wow, what a difference. This dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job on the dishes. Our old dishwasher had a plastic tub inside and smelled like it. Our new Samsung is stainless steel inside and should stay fresh for years to come.

A big space upgrade vs previous washer and incredibly quiet. Total drying takes a while, but I'm very happy and don't have any regrets. Delivery was easy and pretty simple to install.

AGreat product great salesman... we had to replace all our appliances and we new Best Buy was our place.

Works great and very quiet. Took a little time to figure out how to use it because we’ve never had one before.

I'm impressed with how well the Samsung gets my dishes. It's all about the storm wash! It's also quiet unlike the DW we replaced. I love the 3rd rack on the top for knives and other utensils. The inside is stainless steel which was a must have for me. The design was very well thought out.

Door is supposed to just pop open an inch or so to assist with drying. One week after use the door just slams open. Nothing is ever actually dry and has to be hand dried.

Loading is different and requires getting used to. Silverware basket is difficult to install. Everything else is wonderfull

There are lots of times that we have to touch it to see if it's even running. Our daughter even opened it one time to put something in it while it was running. It cleans dishes better than expected. Of course we got this to upgrade from our old one. Have yet to have something not come out sparkling clean.

Excellent dishwasher! Clean my pots, pans and glasses as expected. Very quite and effective wash. Lots of good features compare with other dishwashers. I found out my 14 inch steel plate stuck and make bang sound to rotating wash plastic blade.

I love this dishwasher. This is the second time I purchased one like this. It has several settings, and is super quiet. I really like the pop-open feature that allows your dishes to dry more quickly. Storm wash is a nice bonus too.

Very quiet in an open floor plan house. Cycles quickly. The flatware is not in the door and takes space in the bottom rack. We like the upper shelf for larger spatulas but it also takes space from the upper rack. These are not a problem for us, though. Great appliance and installed quickly.

This is a great dishwasher and fits the style and color of our refrigerator and oven

This dishwasher has been great - I love the 3rd top rack for small objects. With kids dishes and bottles, we have lots of small parts, and this dishwasher has a place for all of it. I love how it auto opens too to dry everything once it's done.

Super quiet! I don't even know it's running. Seems a bit smaller inside compared to my previous dishwasher, but perhaps that because it's better insulated :)
