A week later, when techs arrived to check it, we were told it was defective and had to be replaced.

Takes 2 1/2 hours to do a normal load, doesn't dry so dishes are left soaking wet so I have to dry them off or put them on a drying rack. Also, leaves tons of spots. I've tried a few different detergents and all have the same result. I thought I did my homework and read the reviews but obviously the negatives. Wish I could return but it's been months now.
