1st one quit working after 1 wash

Defective and no help from BestBuy

Appliance guy told circulation pump needed to be replaced. Since it was just over one year no help from best buy and now it's going to cost a few hundred bucks to fix.

If the dishwasher doesn't start right away, it could be due to Child Lock, Delay Start, the door not being closed all the way, or just holding the Start button for too long.

It was a easy transition. The guys came in and removed the old one, cleaned the area and then brought in the new one. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The installation guy gave me a run down on how to use, what products he would suggest and what he wouldn't suggest in order to keep my new dishwasher running for a long time. I was very impressed with this service. That's why I purchase all my appliances from Best Buys. The prices are great, the service is great and I am always happy!

It is hard to get sale's attention, but everything worked out ok. One piece of advice - even if you are going to install the unit yourself, ask them what parts may be required. New dishwashers require an elbow fitting which is not included. Delivery was on time and fine. Hopefully, it was their easiest delivery and pickup of the day.
