We are really pleased with the new design- both inside wash feature as well as outside good looks. A sharp, sleek looking appliance. The top flat rack is a great feature for odd large items like big spoons and little items too small for silverware baskets. Great features!

Upper rack does not have much space between the rack and top of the dishwasher. The bottom rack spaces for holding dishes are too small as well. The dishwasher is really good and I would give it a 4.5 but had to give it a 4 since I can't give it a 5 based on the available ratings allowed.

No matter what cycle is run, there are food particles on much of the load. A normal cycle runs 2 hrs and 46 min, and even with careful placement of dishes, using a high quality detergent and rinse aid.I would not recommend this item. I thoight I did thorough research and always liked samsung until now. Bought the entire Samsung suite, and so far the microwave seems the best product of the four.
