The sales lady was very informative. She really educated us on the differences between all the models. Made us feel very confident in our decision to buy this particular model. No complains or problems yet. Can't rate the how well the unit cleans since we tend to pre rinse before adding to the washer.

They said that the warranty was no longer valid so I have a $700 dishwasher that doesn’t even work, been trying to get it repaired for three months through geek squad another telling me they the warranty with them is no longer valid and I have to pay $90 just for them to diagnose it and then pay for the repair and parts so I have a dishwasher that wasn’t even a year old that didn’t work and I had to pay for it to be fixed. Do not buy Samsung.
