Overall very nice, quiet and well built. It is on the heavier side compared to the previous model we had. Good space and having the adjustable top rack with top tray has been amazing with fitting our off size cups and utensils.

This dishwasher is amazing. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and you would not even know it was running. It is super quiet!

I had ordered this from Lowe’s but was unable to get it Best Buy bailed me out by having it in stock and ready to pick up and I’m very happy about that. Picking it up at your Bellingham location was great your staff was excellent and I really appreciate it

Best if used for normal washes. Loading to max capacity does not always clean dishes completely.

Top notch dishwasher that was pointed out via salesman assistance that was also top notch. Very quick (usually within an hour for normal wash), and very quiet. Nice little feature where when it comes to the end of the wash, it opens itself automatically while continuing to dry the dishes. Only hiccup, is the coverings over the tableware. They are useless and only get in the way and continue to fall off. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with this Samsung dishwasher.

Nice dishwasher. We don't love the fact that we can't change the setting for it to not open when done.

Overall a great product. Only complaint I have is the bottom rack when pulled out to load when loaded with dishes it doesn’t always seem to line up and roll in smoothly

sales person was excellent and worked to get what I needed and had it delivered on time. Washer so far is doing great. I was a little skeptical not having a heat element but it works fine

So far so good. It does have a smell to it though. Not sure how i feel about that.

My old dishwasher was 16 years old, this new one has gone a long ways toward operating better. Its almost like having a personal dishwasher!

Over 35 years of homeownership, this is the worst dishwasher in my experience. After a little over a year, I’ve decided to throw it away and upgrade. The dishwasher will only clean properly if you use sanitation mode, and even then I have to pre-soak the dishes in hot water and soap to make sure that they are very clean. Further, the dishwasher is running at 65 dB, which is too loud for day use. If I use storm wash mode, the noise is unbearable. The tube that runs at the back of the dishwasher up the wall has already come loose and needed to be re-installed. I have run the cleaning mode every three months with the store cleaner in an attempt to prolong the quality, but this has not helped at all. I think it is interesting that in a little over a year, the price of the dishwasher dropped from around $800 to its current price. Finally, there has been a small worsening of the performance since the dishwasher was brand new, but even in the early days this was a mediocre dishwasher. The D.B. listed in the specs are not relevant because you must run the dishwasher with sanitation and preferably storm wash in order to have clean dishes. Consequence, this is the loudest dishwasher I’ve ever owned.

Broke right after the 12-month mark by 8 days. Unit sparked and smoked immediately tripping breaker, called Samsung after explaining the issue they agreed to repair the unit, that is where the issue came in. They sent the worst most absolute repair company imaginable to access the damage and either repair or replace. After 5 min of being in my home he determined there was no issue with machine and that he would be unable to replace or repair without duplicating the problem, Samsung at this point would do nothing and the machine is still broken sitting in my garage and was replaced due to the fear it would catch house on fire.

Nice so far, but to early to really tell... wish the bottom rack was a bit more adjustable

High Quality Dishwasher! Definitely stylish and makes a very nice addition to our kitchen. The black stainless steel is a very nice touch. We are very much impressed.

The first one I got leaked the first time I used it. Best Buy gave me a hard time about returning it. They did eventually did replace it after I called the CEO's office. The new one works fine and does not leak. I was more disappointed with Best Buy than the product.

This dishwasher replaced a similar Samsung model that served us very well for 5 years. The addition of the third rack for silverware is a nice feature. It would help if Samsung would include installation instructions for the rubber flap on the lower front of the unit. I had to go to the Samsung web site to figure out how to install it. Overall very satisfied with our purchase. Best Buy delivery was timely and efficient. Reps were very courteous and wore masks in my home which I appreciated.

It was the best looking one for 1k that I seen but doesn't always clean the best.

This dishwasher replaced a 15 year old unit. It is great how the technology has improved. One issue was the unit had a missing gasket which required a follow up visit by a technician for repair.

I cannot really speak to this product as I sold it immediately while it was still in the box. I only purchased it to get the bundle price. It arrived in time and from what I could tell, there was no damage to the box.

Beautiful in our kitchen. Works well, gets the dishes super clean and I love all the options it has.
