Love the look, love how quiet it is. Some of the cycles seem long but the machine cleans extremely well. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the layout of the racks and the fact that they feel really cheap. The bottom rack's layout isn't very well thought out. The holders are too close together and have the same pattern throughout which does make fitting pans easy.

Love the dishwasher! Very good washing the dishes, pots and pans but the dish racks have small slots and the door pops opens when the washing circle finishes. It takes some getting used to but very sleek design and extremely quite. I would have given it five stars accept for the above reasons!

The dishwasher is extremely quite and does a great job. The buttons are a little hard to press when getting it set up to start at times, but not too bad.

Very quiet dishwashers. It has a number of cycles to handle all sorts of loads. I can fit a large number of items into the dishwasher. The 3rd rack is great.

I love my dishwasher! The third rack is awesome and the dishes come out super clean. Be sensible about what you put in. A pot that has been cooking spaghetti sauce for a long time isn't going to come out perfectly clean on normal settings. Keep in mind the hex head leveling feature when installing, otherwise it hooks up with no problem. The installation was very straightforward for me, I have hooked up dozens of dishwashers for work. It runs very quietly and conserves water. I run it once a day, full or not. I use the bottled cascade detergent, cheaper than the pods and works very well. Dishes come out dry, save the Tupperware items or any creviced type dish.

Excellent cleaning of dishes, pots, pans, silverware. The AutoRelease dry feature especially loved. Quiet. Love the stainless steel, especially no fingerprints!

We bought a suite of Samsung appliances for our kitchen remodel. This dishwasher is my favorite. The tub is stainless steel and very quiet when running. The top rack holds a ton of baby bottle parts. There is also a “heavy wash” section on the bottom tier clearly marked by red lines. Another favorite favorite feature is that the door opens automatically to vent itself when the cycle finishes.

Incredibly quiet dishwasher. Had to ask the Total Tech service person to show me that it was working because i wasn't believing him that it was running it was so quiet! Replaced a 20 year old dishwasher. We pre wash our dishes pretty well, and run the quick wash cycle on this dishwasher for all our loads, its absolutely spotless and runs without any issues. Very happy customer so far. Would absolutely recommend this dishwasher if it fits your needs.

This is a great product. I love this item. Its easy to use, quiet and performs well.

It is much quieter than our last dishwasher, and the dishes come out really clean. It also cleans our plastic cups without flipping them upside down, which was a pleasant surprise. I was apprehensive about the door opening by itself at the end of the dishwashing cycle, but it really does facilitate drying the dishes. Just make sure you install the aluminum tape underneath your counter, so that the moisture doesn't damage the wood. Also, make sure your hot water hookup and electric outlet box are off to the side. Our previous dishwasher had them installed underneath the dishwasher, and this dishwasher doesn't have enough room for them there.

This unit is very quiet when operating. The 3rd shelf is very useful for utensils. The unit opening prior to the drying cycle being completed allows for all utensils to be completely dry.

Was not my first choice but felt I needed to buy what was in stock. However, so far it's proved to be everything I wanted. The racks are made in such a way as to be very difficult to figure out how to load. But saying that it actually holds more that what I'm used to. Enjoy the 3rd rack. Advertised as doing a better job drying than others because of the stainless steel interior. I think the AutoRelease Dry is a real joke! It dries faster and better because it pops the door open. Ha!

I would love to give this a good review but I only had the dishwasher one week when it stopped working. I had used it twice and in the middle of the third wash I received a code saying to disconnect it and call for service. It took a week before the technician came and he didnt show up until 5:30pm. He replaced the part but another code indicated that I now had a leak. It was 7:00pm when he left without fixing the leak. Took another 2 days for a different technician to show up and it turned out that when the first technician changed the part he didnt connect a hose properly. This was fixed and the dishwasher is now working. Now that is working I really love the dishwasher. It cleans the dishes perfectly, it is quiet and I can use their express wash and have the dishes done in an hour.

The best dishwasher we've owned. Ease of use, super quiet, and i cant believe how dishes, glasses etc come out and always dry. Cant say enough good things about it

So far the dishwasher has met my expectations. It gets the dishes cleans and dry. The 3rd rack is handy for larger utensils. I might look into deactivating the automatic door open at the end of the cycle as it confuses my family. Sometimes they put dirty dishes in because they think it hasn’t been run yet!

Love this dishwasher, it's beyond quiet and it really gets the job done. Make sure to review the wash types versus how soiled the load is, it makes a difference in performance. Don't put heavy soil in on the eco wash and expect miracles, your wash needs to reflect the dirty load and if you do that this machine will perform beyond expectations!

I will admit, I was skeptical about a Samsung dishwasher from the start. We wanted a matching kitchen, so we went with it. It has since exceeded all of my expectations. It is very quiet, has plenty of cycle options, and it cleans better than any dishwasher I’ve ever owned. Samsung really outdid themselves with this. The only negative I would give this, is that the water hookup is in the back left corner of the unit. It makes it a little harder to fit nicely under the counter, but it can be done. Very happy with this!

The installers were polite however not very knowledgeable. They said that they couldn't fix the issue when they installed it and are the ones that created the leak in the first place. Secondly there was another issue that wasn't seen before install... But wasn't present when purchased. There was a dent on the top of the dishwasher, for which created an issue with the top drawer. However the machine after the repair guy came out is outstanding and we love it
