Made sure the setup was done correctly. Tried it again, this time it ran successful. Now it runs 1 good cycle and then errors on the next cycle with the same OC error. Had Samsung Service Out and they ran diagnostics that said it was fine. Then it errored the next cycle they left. Samsung is now exchanging the unit.

Broke twice under the 1 year warranty and broke a third time after it expired so I said forget it and got a different one. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Really like the air drying function this unit utilizes instead of using a heating element to dry like my previous Maytag. So far so good! Third tray for utensils a big plus.

The silverware consistently has debris left on it. The glasses come out with food particles on them that weren't there when they went in. Yes, the dishwasher is quiet. I like that it opens to air out at the end of the cycle. However this was a waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

This requires that the dishwasher be powered down and wait about 15 minutes to reset the sensor. It is unclear whether this is a dishwasher or installation fault. Calls to Best Buy to request technical service have not yielded a positive result. The operator says that Best Buy does not have the staffing availability to correct the problem
