Very good at cleaning dishes with a good quality detergent. 3rd rack on top is huge help When finished, door pops open (which appeared to be something wrong) but no, it does that I guess ? Good decent overall. A bit pricey

I purchased this as an upgrade replacement. As some reviews note, some dishes came out dirty specifically for me the bottom rack. Though I love the design & features I hate the amount of time it takes. It’s hard to decide if I love it or just hated my old one. Was I really paying attention to how long my old one took since I had. I timer or am I justified complaining that it takes 2 1/2-3 hours to complete? How is is energy saving if I’m running it for 3 hours? If I run it on storm they’re very clean but my old one got them clean on normal. Confusing but still love & we’ll see how energy efficient with my next electric bill lol.

There were two criteria we had when buying the dishwasher. Since we have an open concept house, and a newborn, we wanted the dishwasher fo be silent. Let's not exaggerate, you hear the machine humming and working when you are in the kitchen area. When you are in the living room area, you know that it's working. But it's never noisy. It cleans well. The only problem is, it doesn't dry that well, especially plastic and metal, but that's only expected in this price level I guess.

Love it!!! The third tray for silverware is great. This allows me to remove the silverware baskets on the lower rack when I need more space. Storm scrub is awesome! I also like that it pops the door part way open to aid in drying. I am a happy camper!!

This is a great dishwasher. It's very quiet and does a great job. I like the extra 3rd rack for small things.

I love how quiet this runs, not clunky like our old GE dishwasher. That sounded like the dishes were being hurled around inside of it. It does a fantastic job of washing the dishes but we purchased it when Best Buy wasn't doing installations because of Covid 19 and it slips out of the clips that are supposed to be securing it and it tips forward. That is the only bad feature about it. They "need" to be secured to the dishwasher but there's no way of doing this.

We've only had the washer for about a week, but have ran it probably 8 or 9 times already. Its quiet and cleans well. I've read some other reviews that say differently, but we've had no problems in this area...yet. The one thing I'd like everyone to know is concerning the total cost of installing this appliance. In addition to the $809 for the cost of the appliance, we opted for the $50 to install it. What we didn't think of was the cost of applying for permits from our municipality. We needed to take out electrical and plumbing permits to the tune of $70 each. Then when the gentleman arrived to install it, we found out that our home (built in 2004) had an outdated water connector/valve. The plumber charged us $75 for the water line swap out. Then, he recognized that the electrical connection was not a GFI outlet. Since he was not an electrician, he handed me a business card for an electrician that he knows and commonly follows these types of installs to remedy problems like mine. The electrician came a few days later and charged me $175 for the simple GFI outlet. Now, hopefully everything was done up to code because the building inspector will eventually look at the work for approval in about a month. I could have shopped around for another plumber and electrician, but that would have delayed my install for who knows how long. I write this in hopes everyone takes these costs into account before buying or at a minimum asks questions to Best Buy before purchasing. Our dishwasher needed to be replaced and this one seems to be working just fine, but I had no idea that the REAL cost of installing it was over half the price of the appliance.

Works wonderfully! There's plenty of space for the dishes and and it's so quiet, but it's still able to clean very soiled dishes. I'm so happy with it!

Beautiful Samsung Dishwasher! Best Buy sales price was awesome! Excellent Features and a lot of possible cycles and options. Love the StormWash and also the extra tray at the top. The hidden controls look sexy and it is SO QUIET! At the end of the wash and brief dry cycle, the door automatically opens to release moisture and everything is dry by morning. And of course the always familiar Samsung jingle once cycle completes.

So far it has worked very well. We run at least one load a day so our dishwashers get put to the test. Love the third rack, others are slightly small compared to what I’m used to but this machine is very quiet and nicely made.

Beautiful and easy to clean. Still working on using convection. Never had it before. It took a long time to heat up originally but now it seems to be getting faster almost like it needed to be broken in.

Nice and quiet, only gripe is it leave some residue on the inside of my yeti ramblers/tumblers. Other than that dishes come out nice and clean

This dishwasher is easy to load, and cleans beautifully! It runs so quietly, conversations and TV are undisturbed.
