Purchased this to replace my 4 year old Kenmore that kicked the bucket and I'm so glad I picked this Samsung. I thought my "old" washer was nice, but this one is so much better. Super quiet; you barely know it's running. Gets everything super clean, and I love the 3rd rack. It's pretty to look at too.

THIS UNIT IS EXTREMELY QUIET, AND CLEANS VERY WELL. WE LOVE THE FEATURE THAT OPENS THE DOOR AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE DRYING CYCLE TO QUICKEN DRYING TIME. THE HIDDEN CONTROL BUTTONS ON TOP RESULTS IN A VERY CLEAN APPEARANCE. GREAT DESIGNS AND FEATURES.

For example, I had some butter knives on the top rack and they were still greasy after the normal cycle. If you use the heavy cycle, establish with the Storm Wash setting the dishes come out very clean. It is very quiet. For my husband and I this dishwasher is fine. If you have a family and your dishwasher sees a lot of use, I would recommend a Bosch diswasher.

Gives me so much more flexibility by having the 3rd rack, it's amazing! Extremely quiet and i like the energy saving feature of opening up to complete drying rather than me opening it up to be met with a face full of steam if i need something.

Very quiet dishwasher

Very very quiet, hardly hear it running. Door pops open and dries dishes spotlessly, very ingenious. Very happy with this purchase and I am a huge skeptic.

We did freak out a bit when the door popped open unexpectedly during a cycle, but we looked through the manual and this is supposed to happen to let steam out. Not sure at this point how this will affect our wood countertops, but we'll see.

This dishwasher handles the task! The very top shelf is great for items you can put on the side(thin spatulas, tongs, knives). Small bowls or measuring cups do not come clean up there. The best part, VERY QUIET! Love how quiet it is.

After speaking with friends who had mixed reviews on the third rack, I am absolutely in love with it. This dishwasher is quite a bit quieter than my previuos dishwasher so that is a major plus as well. I would absolutely buy this again!

It does seems smaller than typical, but I think Because of the 3 racks that is why.i did my whole kitchen in Samsung appliances. And when it’s done it pops open!
