My problem is I paid for install on all 4 kitchen appliances and I just realized I was supposed to get a kick plate to cover plastic flap on bottom. I’ve called Samsung and Best Buy and no one will help me. Although it’s barely past the one year warranty, I wasn’t aware dishwashers had kick plates since this is the first time I’ve bought one new. The installer did a fantastic job, however he missed the hidden, packed away kick plate and accidentally threw it away with Samsung boxes. I shouldn’t have to pay $60 for a part I’ve already paid for and never received. I just want the kick plate that I paid for!

My dishes are clean

The first thing i did was throw a sinkful of grimey dishes into it, tossed a detergent tablet in, shut the door, and hit start. 3 hours later, i had a bunch of clean, dry dishes. Bonus - fewer whiney family members.

It's pretty quiet compared to older modeled that I have had. Every now and then I'll have to rewash items that are still dirty due them being heavily soiled.
