The last dishwasher I used I "bought" in 2004 when I built my house. Things have most definitely changed since then (across the board with all major appliances) and so it has taken a few washings and reading through the manual to get used to some of the latest dish washing dance moves. I come straight out of the era of dish washers with heater elements to dry the dishes, so it was more than a little off-putting to get used to the new "condenser" method of drying. Oh, and using a surfactant like Jet Dry is no longer optional if you want dry dishes; it is mandatory. Other than that, it's done an excellent job every time we've used it, and I've learned that with my particular city's water, I need to adjust the Jet Dry setting to "2". It's a bit strange having the dishwasher pop its own door open, much less to do so deliberately as part of the drying cycle. However, it does work, and the little classical tune it plays when it's done with everything is sort of a nice touch.

I love this unit. it works quiet but there are some items that sometimes need to go through a second wash. Third rack is sometimes effective but the storm wash really puts the area through a tough scrub.

Love the configuration and the third rack. Gets the dishes clean with no pre rinsing. A little noisy.

Not as loud as I expected considering we didn’t but the best one. My dishes are coming clean. Only had one issue where a couple bowls were still dirty. Not sure what that was all about.

Three racks for dishes and a garbage disposal, winner. The last dishwasher I had did not have a garbage disposal (I was told the water pressure would dissolve the food). What I got was a dishwasher with a filter that had to be cleaned every week (it was ridicules). This dishwasher cleans great and does not itself have a filter that needs to be cleaned. Highly recommended.

This Samsung dishwasher is great. It cleans the dishes well and it runs quietly.

Its very quiet and has many different cycles. Only wish it had a shorter cycle than 1 hour

I've had this dishwasher for a few years and it's great. There hasn't been any major problems and clean dishes pretty good.

Cleans really well and having the third rack is so handy. Would highly recommend.

This was very difficult to install under our existing countertop. After leveling and removing screw feet was able to fit. It has good features and runs quiet, but not sure how we will like the open door drying feature.

It looks and works great, but there were a couple of things the salesperson didn’t mention. First thing the door pops open when it’s finished, my wife and I didn’t know who opened the door after the first cleaning. The second thing is the door won’t stay down, it’s very springy. Once the bottom rack is open it stays down (as long as there are dishes in the rack) but all in all we are happy with our purchase. I would recommend to family or friends but let them know about the little quirky things

Good price, quiet, cleans well, love the top rack. The down side? after 2 months we're starting to get "OC" messages a couple of times a week, meaning that there is an overfill in the tub due to either a control panel glitch, a faulty control panel or a mis-installation of the drain line (or possibly using cheap detergent, but we've been using the recommended HE stuff.) When we turn it off for 5 minutes and restart it it's been fine so far, but it's a little annoying in a new product. Guess I'm going to have to call geek squad, sigh...

Excellent. Wash cycles are 2 hours. The auto dry works well. The open handle sticks out, be aware if you have a draw near by. Noise level is medium. Read manual on how to place utensil on top rack. Overall better than the cheaper versions in look and performnace.
