I really like the 3rd rack ( its ideal for serving spoons and knifes). Remember to remove the protective film over the power buttons and it will work well.

There is a top drawer that you can put utensils in. The middle level is good for cups, glasses, and small dishes. The bottom level is for dinner dishes, pots and pans, and bigger utensils. It is super quiet. It opens on it's own when it is done. It also sings when it is done as well. We are so happy that we picked this model.
