I needed a new dishwasher and as usual I checked Best Buy as that is where I bought all my appliances when I bought my house. Their customer service was superb. My dishwasher is the best I have ever had and that third shelf !, although I sometimes forget I have it, is really great!

This is a great dishwasher. It’s very quiet. The storm wash option works great. The only thing is the quick wash is really only if you have completely rinsed all the dishes you put in there. If you are taking dishes that still have a little bit of stuff on them you will want to use the regular wash.

This dishwasher is great, we love the third rack for our silverware. We had it running this morning and it was so very quiet. I recommend this product!

The dishwasher is fairly quite, which is a huge plus@ Love the 3rd rack for some of those small items. The stainless steel inside is very nice option as well.

Very satisfied with with this product. It is quiet and does a good job cleaning. Was not sure how it would dry without heated drying, but it works very well.

We've only had the dishwasher for about a month but it's exceeding all our expectations. It's fast, quiet, and everything comes out clean.

This dishwasher has been doing a great job getting the dishes clean. The installer suggested I use a rinse agent but have not needed to. Cooking tools clean quite well on the top rack. Plastic lids are better on the middle rack they fill with too much water on the top rack. The only criticism I have is the location of the flatware racks. I would have prefered them to be in the front.

The dishwasher is amazing. It cleans every dish every time. It even pops open when its done to let all of the steam out. Dry dishes every time. I couldnt have made a better purchase.

Loving it so far. Cleans well and is very quiet. Probably best not to put really soiled items on the 3rd top rack though. Doesn't seem to clean as well there.

I’m in love with our dishwasher! We had a different brand before and I hadn’t used it in over a year. I’ve been told by several people that you need to run a dishwasher once a week. Okay, I’ll give it a try. The hardest part was not rinsing/cleaning the plates before putting them in the washer. Well I forced myself to simply scrape the food off the plate without even rinsing first. Low and behold, it took about two times to get the hang of it, and now I LOVE IT. I’m in and out of the kitchen in a fraction of the time pre Samsung and into a movie and popcorn.

Great looking & functioning dishwasher! Steel cavity is always better! Very quiet & pops open when finished cycle! Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a three-level dishwasher ever since we were in Bonaire. This is a European style and makes so much more sense than just having two racks. The top rack can small and flat items and even small bowls. And that makes more space available in the other two racks. Highly recommend this style and because of the many washing options available on the digital control panel.

The wife really loves it and I enjoy it enough at the moment that I’m even doing dishes, ( which is probably why the wife likes it so much). The install was pretty easy up to leveling the unit. Not that leveling it was difficult, just that you shouldn’t push the washer in place under the counter because of the chance of breaking the leveling legs off while extended. So I raised the legs about midway, pushed the washer In to the point of leaving enough space for my hand to reach behind it and raise and level with the front. It really is a nice dishwasher and we are Happy with it.

Our dishwasher is quite, easy to operate, and was purchased a very resonable price.

Bought this unit to replace a brand new LG dishwasher that didn't match my black stainless LG refrigerator. (Side note....Bought directly from LG because they said they could get it faster than Best Buy. Wasn't true and then they wouldn't take it back when it didn't match. Big mistake to not buy through Best Buy. Learned my lesson.) Anyway, got this dishwasher and love it! It matches my LG refrigerator perfectly and it holds WAY more dishes than the prior LG. Love the features, the bottom dishrack which is very versatile and the third rack.

Fantastic dishwasher. Takes a while to wash but the results are worth the time. Also incredibly quiet! Similar to Bosch in terms of noise.

This dishwasher has been great, our last Samsung dishwasher was great but ended up going out on us and we have been happy with Samsung appliances so we stuck with them for the upgraded one.
