The easy removal of the middle rack to wash larger items is a dream. And storm wash is amazing. Being able to load the item that needs full attention while not reducing the wash of other items is something I didn’t know I needed but now require. If you prepare yourself before the door pops open, free daily steam facial as an added bonus. My pores have never looked better and no one asked.

It plays music when it is finished running and the door opens automatically to help with drying. It’s just so fancy! Lol I love that the you can fold down the tines in the lower rack for big pots and pans. I really love the third rack for utensils. It cleans great!

Only complaint is I wish you could remove the top silverware tray. It’s great if you have a lot of silverware to wash but if you have tall pots and large dishes to wash it makes it impossible to do both at the same time.

If you don't know the door pops open to help dry after a wash, it could come as a surprise. Our installer was FANTASTIC. He explained everything and gave some tips on usage.

I will tell you this machine is super quiet and fast. We are a family that rinses the majority of the junk off the dishes before we put it in the washer and this last load still had some junk on a few things. It also doesn’t do a very great job drying the dishes. But the fact the door pops open when it’s done doesn’t leave any guess work to whether or not the dishes are clean! It’s not the favorite washer I’ve ever had, but it’s not bad.

We had a repair guy come out & he said these are well known for that problem. Does not dry the best no matter what we put in there.
