This product failed causing tens of thousands of dollars of damage to my home. It was in my home less than a year and a half. The water displaced my family and will never recommend a Samsung dishwasher.

Especially the top row/rack, it is deep, so I am able to sneak in some bowls and cutlery. Cleans also really well. Just as a soft fyi, without the rinse aid, it doesn't dry the best. So pls get a rinse aid. :)

I foresee this happening if you continue to change it back and forth.

Almost every time we inspect a completed wash there a cups that are still dirty. Still reading to see what we needs do to improve on the wash results.
