Broke twice under the 1 year warranty and broke a third time after it expired so I said forget it and got a different one. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

Big price for a piece of junk

Stops during the wash cycle because too much water is in it. I called support and they said it is normal??? I have to manually remove the dirty water from it. Then try to do a rinse cycle which does the same thing. Worse thing I have ever bought!

Broke After Two Years - Samsung Support is Useless

The design of the racks is nonsensical, the dishes rarely get clean, and the silverware rack is flimsy. Two months ago the metal flashing inside the tub that holds the door seal separated from the tub. It is held in place by rivets. As it turns out, this piece cannot be reattached. Get this -- the ENTIRE dishwasher needs to be replaced to fix this $10 part. After contacting Samsung Support's Office of the President, I managed to get someone to send a repairperson to evaluate the unit. He took one look and laughed and said I'll get an entire new unit. On his way out he said, "Next time, don't buy a Samsung. Bosch is the way to go. Also, there is currently a class-action lawsuit against Samsung involving your fridge's ice maker." Fast forward two weeks and Samsung Support has gone completely unresponsive. They cancelled my repair ticket so I emailed my Samsung support guy and he couldn't explain why and didn't know what was going on. A week later they've stopped responding. I'm going to give up and buy a new dishwasher from Bosch -- a reputable brand. Avoid Samsung appliances at all costs, especially this dishwasher.

This has been the biggest piece of junk. Doesn't clean well, doesn't dry the dishes. Bought it on 9/21/2023, now on 10/3/2023 it has thrown an error code that won't go away. Apparently it is outside the return window for bestbuy after only 2 months. I contacted Bestbuy for help, no help. I wish I had purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's. They have have great customer back up for a product they sell. Had a dryer go bad 5 months after I bought it at Lowe's. They took over and got it taken care of for me within 3 days. Live and learn I guess.

I don’t like to pull it all the way out when full. The drying feature where the door opens on its own was disturbing at first. Dishes seem to get clean.
