The shells and inserts are customizable which is very useful And when the cycles over it plays a little jingle which is a nice touch. Definitely satisfied.

I checked it and no issues at this time. hopefully i don't have that issue anymore.

Traditionally, we do not use a dishwasher but my wife and I thought we would give it a try and we have not been disappointed. It is quiet, does a good job, and looks good in the kitchen.
