I knew day one that I didn’t like this dishwasher, but after installing it, I didn’t want to bother removing it. Now that we’ve owned it for a year, I’m sending the dang thing back. To give a little bit of a back story. We bought this dishwasher on a holiday sale, so we got a deal on it. It was a floor model so it was discounted. We bought the geek squad warranty to make sure we would have it covered in the event that it broke. One minor complaint that bugged me every day is the buttons on the top of the door. They’re so sensitive to the touch, that you have to touch them just right in order to activate them. It was always a game to get the dishwasher started. The real issue though are the metal brackets on the inside of the tub that hold in the seal. There is 1/16th of an inch on either side of the drawer to allow it to slide in and out. After repeated pulling out and pushing in, the brackets eventually broke loose. Making it impossible to push the drawer back in. We’ve had the dishwasher for 11 months and it’s not fixable. We called geek squad to get a replacement, they sent us to the store to exchange, but since we got a discount on the dishwasher at the time of purchase, we were asked to pay the difference for the new one since it was not on sale. After an hour of talking to the rep, we opted to get a refund for the dishwasher as a whole, so we could then go buy the one we wanted. I’m definitely disappointed that we couldn’t just get a replacement. But I’m glad to be getting anything other than this dishwasher. Back to Bosch we go.

Does a great job cleaning, but there needs to be an additional drying option. Items are often too wet once the cycle is done. Adding the "sanitize" option has helped a little bit.

Good so far. There are times when it gets a little loud for no apparent reason. Must rinse dishes thoroughly to ensure they come out clean.

Works well. No issues. I like that it has a top 3rd rack for smaller items.

This dishwasher is really quiet. My dishes come out clean. Enjoy the top shelf.

I found the first time I use this washer it did not clean as well as my old washer. Even the next few times. Then this week I opened the washer to fine the sprayer beneath the top rack had come off. My husband looked at it and found the washer that attaches it to the rack has a crack in it. He put it back on but I have not used it again. I have to contact Bests Buys to see about getting a new one. I hope that after it is replaced it will work better. If it doesn't I really wouldn't recommend it.

cleaned dishes ok, but not great. utensils on the top rack never seemed to get clean. touch control panel on the top was very touchy and hard to get the buttons to activate. it is now being used as a dish drying rack.

Like the product, but it needs to be at least 8 feet from the think to drain proper

I like this dishwasher. Only complaint is that the controls are at the top and would prefer on the outside of the unit. Reason is when opening you can touch the dials by accident.

I was really excited to get my new dishwasher, however I was very disappointed when I realized the cord plug was not included. Its like buying a new car without a battery! I was not aware that there is a separate package that the customer needs to buy. The package is about $70 on top of the dishwasher...

I was very excited to get rid of the dishwasher we had since the one that was in our house was 10+ years old. With the glowing reviews of this dishwasher, I considered this a forsure purchase since everything else Samsung we own has been great. However, I'm not happy with this dishwasher. Our normal sized plates don't fit without hitting the spinning water spouts, we've had bowls and mugs chip that weren't closely packed other dishes, the "efficient dry" feature that pops the door open leaves dishes wet. I don't like the layout of it either, this is probably more personal preference but I feel like the majority of our bowls and plates don't fit properly. I didn't think an old out of date dishwasher would outperform a newer dishawasher in any way but unfortunately I wish we would have kept out old unit compared to this.

Dishwasher works great. It is very easy to use as well.
