I can say with confidence that my Samsung dishwasher is the worst appliance I have ever owned. After only two years, it threw an LC code—indicating a leak. But there was no visible water until the machine was removed, and even then, it was just a tiny bit. Yet, that minuscule amount was enough to completely disable the machine. Now, let’s talk about the repair nightmare. Samsung’s repair service has been out three times, and guess what? The problem still isn’t fixed. While I appreciate that they agreed to cover the cost of the parts, I’ve now had to take four days off work just for the chance that my dishwasher might function again. But the incompetence doesn’t stop with Samsung—their chosen repair company, is a joke. They don’t tell you what time they’re coming until the day of (because apparently, giving customers a reasonable timeframe is too much to ask). I waited hours at home today, sent multiple messages, only to receive a call at 3 PM saying they can’t come. Absolutely unacceptable. And this isn’t just the dishwasher. Let’s do a quick Samsung appliance failure roll call: ✔ Dishwasher – Broken after 2 years ✔ Refrigerator – Ice maker leaks, after 2 years ✔ Dryer – Only works if I set it to the longest cycle ✔ Gas Range – Three of five knobs broken, the first one broke in year 1 That’s four out of seven brand new Samsung appliances showing major degradation in just two years. And I fully expect Samsung’s response to be something like: "We're sorry for your experience. We strive to uphold the highest standards..." – some meaningless corporate nonsense. Maybe I was just unlucky. Maybe not. Either way, at least now you know my experience, and you can make an informed decision before throwing money at Samsung’s subpar appliances. Final verdict? Perhaps avoid Samsung appliances at all costs.

I was under the impression that this was an elite class of major appliances. However, I've had this unit for 3 years, and it is one of the worst purchases i made in my life. I was so excited about the size and exclusive color of the unit, and it has brought nothing but trouble. The ice maker was the first to go bad. Samsung hasnt been helpful, charging you service fees and repair costs on top of the exaggerated price this unit costs initially. I have been a faithful Samsung customer for years, so i thought it was a wonderful idea to upgrade my kitchen with all new appliances. The stove, microve , and refrigerator have also been repaired on the 3 years I've owned them. Never again will i buy major appliances from this manufacturer that have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
