Very sleek design and very easy to install by yourself. The dishes dont stink and everything gets clean after the wash, i jam pack it with loads of dishes and they come out clean like they should. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new dishwasher, very simple to use. I have had 2 dishwashers that had issues that were whirlpool, this one if worth every dollar!

I bought this unit several years back and had BBY installation. No issues to speak of thus far. Super quiet, cleans without a hitch on all cycles and holds plenty on holiday dishes. The third rack comes in quite handily for those large spoons and tongs. I keep the rinse agent compartment full,thanks to the easy view window. It's design matches my Samsung range and microwave. It's a keeper.

Not only does it look sleek and modern but it functions well too. Installation with tech went smoothly. Item arrived in pristine condition. The cycles are long, but after using 7-8 times and not a speck of food left on dishes, I’m fine with it. It’s really quiet and my utility bills hadn’t increased with the usage. Love the adjustable shelf.

I purchased this dishwasher to match a fridge i had gotten a few years back. Black stainless Samsung. Great looking addition and really makes the kitchen look great to finally have my appliances match! Removed old dishwasher and hooked this one up ourselves with the suggested kit i purchased with the dishwasher. Super simple! This is the first "new" dishwasher experiance we've had and we have put it through some tests! I LOVE the self opening feature to let the dishes air dry. No more musty smelling dishwasher still filled with wet dishes hours later. Storm Wash is fantastic! I've yet to have a dish remain dirty and I've put a 9x13 in there UNsoaked after a baked chicken and rice meal. Not a spec of food on it! That is impressive, I'd have had to soak that for an hour before hand washing. Nothing comes out greasy either. Very quiet and uses less water than the previous dishwasher! All in all i am beyond happy with this purchase and a small part of me can't wait for the stove to go out so i can but the match of that as well!!

I recently bought the Samsung StormWash 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher, and I’m really impressed! It runs super quietly, so I hardly notice it while it's running. The AutoRelease Dry feature is fantastic because it opens the door at the end of the cycle, helping my dishes dry better. I love the extra 3rd rack for utensils, which makes loading so much easier. Plus, the black stainless steel finish looks gorgeous in my kitchen!

Just upgraded to this dishwasher, as mine was ~15 years old, and originally installed when my house was built. I haven't tested the "StormWash" feature, but the normal wash is barely audible outside the kitchen. It seems to be well built and the stainless steel is a nice departure from what I had previously. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars due to what I perceive to be a minor design flaw. The kickplate does not line up perfectly with the screw posts near the bottom of the unit, which when attached, causes it to bow ever so slightly outward away from the machine. Whenever the door is closed after being fully extended (laying parallel with the floor), it creates an unsettling noise and the feeling that something is being damaged, due to it making contact with the kickplate. I was able to correct this with some minor drilling to the kickplate, but it is not ideal.

We love our Samsung dishwasher! It's sleek, the in-door handle is nice, and it does a great job cleaning our dishes. However, it does have a glaring issue. For the last 20 minutes of the drying cycle, the dishwasher opens up about 7 inches. The manual states this helps dry dishes better. Doing this is not the issue; rather, the fact that the dishwasher does not tell you when the dishes have been cleaned is the problem. Yes, it plays a little melody when the dishwasher is done, but if you are not home when that happens, you will have to remember whether the dishwasher is open because it finished cleaning your dishes or if your kids left the door open. I had to go buy a magnetic sign that I manually move from Dirty to Clean so that we know the difference. A simple light somewhere stating that the dishes are clean would go a long way.

This Samsung dishwasher is very reliable for cleaning and sanitizing my dishes. I run it about once a week, and use the Storm Wash setting for casserole & baking pans. I like the top shelf for flat utensils and more delicate dishes. Silverware almost always comes clean. It runs very quietly. I got it on sale so I’m very satisfied with the all around performance.

This model comes with 3 racks. The top one can hold utensils and other flat kitchenware. The second rack is adjustable, allowing you to place taller items. It's easy to adjust. The spacing of the rack (slots) seem to be designed with standard plates in mind. It's not easy to load bowls and other curved/ deep dishes. The digital pad on top is easy to use and the dishwasher itself is extremely quiet when running. I barely notice it when it's on.

The product was good and the service was better. Tons of cycles, easy to use and quiet. I was concerned with the unit fitting but the installer said the majority of them are standard size and unless it specifically say. I have this same unit at my other place so i am comfortable in saying its worth the price.

I love this dishwasher! My dishes are clean and spotless each use. The inside is durable stainless steel which never looks dirty. It is easy to use, quiet and gets the job done !

What a difference a top quality dishwasher does. Previously we could never get our dishes close to clean. The touch screen that is located on the very top is not extremely sensitive so it takes multiple attempts to power it on, but I do not find this to be a big deal. I am a little neurotic with cleaning, so fingerprints and what not do you show up often and I am having to clean it often. I don’t think this is something that could be avoided by Samsung though. I do like the third top rack when it comes to larger knives and utensils. Lots of different settings for whatever type of cleaning you want. The door automatically opens with a musical jingle when the cycle is done.

So far, so ok. I run the unit three times and it seems to work quite well… similar to the old unit I replaced. My only issue with it is that the control panel arrived scuffed up. There’s a small tear in the plastic casing, that is not the protective film - it was removed. I think that might be where the scuffing came from. My concern is that now that the thick plastic protective layer above the buttons has been compromised, that it might ultimately lead to the functionality being compromised at some point down the line as it’ll be accumulating regular wear from pressing buttons under the scuffs regularly. I’m torn between living with a scuffed control panel for what I hope to be at least a decade… or initiating a return and dealing with another delivery and install and haul away - I’ve actually had two Samsung microwaves that each had issues and have needed return. I feel like my kitchen is a revolving door for Samsung over the last month+. Best Buy has been very good with it all, no pushback… very understanding and strive to make each situation right. Oh… the unit is beautiful! I love the black stainless. I’ve got the microwave and range, both match. So far I’m pleased with the functionality of each items. Can’t wait for my fridge to arrive in a couple of weeks! Oh the drying is typical. I’ve never had cups on the top rack come out completely dry, even in my last unit. It dries the lower rack great and I like how the door pops open after the dry cycle is completed!

Have had this dishwasher for about a month now, and we have be happy with the purchase. The dishes come out clean, and it is much quieter than the older unit is replaced. The extra top rack has been very useful.

Loving my new Samsung dishwasher ~this model is very quiet and cleans dishes better than any other dishwasher I’ve owned or used. I really like that it has a back left area that really turbo washes any item that is extra dirty or hard to clean. Also, the blue lights at the top of the door look so neat when it’s dark. I highly recommend this great dishwasher.

I've had this dishwasher for probably a month. It looks really nice. The high temp wash is fantastic for items that have damp food items stuck on, that aren't really crusted on, but are possibly a pain to deal with. The 60 minute wash cycle is OK. I mean, its really for items that have been prewashed, but you just "want to make sure". The storm wash is garbage. I've used it a few times and I honestly don't understand its purpose because it seems to leave the dishes wet. I will be cleaning the filter soon (it's recommended once a month or so). Normal wash is also for semi-prewashed or items that just barely got a rinse off before being put into the dishwasher. The touch pad is really simple and easy to use. You don't need to smash your finger into it, just gently lay your fingers on the button for a second, and it beeps and lights up. The other cutesy little thing it does is it sings to you when your dishes are done and pops the door open for better drying. Its also a pretty quiet wash. If the dishwasher is on, i always think its something else because it sounds so distant. All in all, I like it. It has some quirks with some of the settings, but I just don't use those settings if I can avoid it.

We love love love our new Samsung Stormwash 24" Top control built in dishwasher!! So much! So many options for washing. Like strong wash or delicate wash! It has that third top rack which is BOMB! And dishes come out so amazingly clean and spot free its wonderful! Samsung thought about and included every usefull feature and ability in this one dishwasher if you ask me ! 10 out of 10 to us! Dishes come out perfectly clean and sparkly!

We purchased this dishwasher to match our stove. We were impressed with how quiet it operates. The stainless tub cuts down on smells you get from plastic tubs and we love the 3rd top row for forks and knifes. It has been 2 months from purchase, we have used all the features but we love it more with each use.

This is the best dishwasher out there, 3 racks I have never seen a quieter dishwasher as this dishes come out so clean very glad I bought this
