Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve always owned entry level dishwashers, so I maybe that’s the problem, but I’ve never had a washer that didn’t require a pretty thorough pre-wash. With this Samsung, it just like the ads say. Just toss in the dishes and wait. They come out sparkling. If I have one complaint it’s that the dishes don’t dry as thoroughly or quickly. Overall I’m very pleased.
