Great Dishwasher

Samsung came out and fixed for free, and since then it has been great. I love the "secret" 3rd compartment that I use for either silverware or spatulas

Only could I not take the product home that day I had to wait two days for it to be delivered that was fine they couldn't find my house so they couldn't deliver it Thursday I had to wait until Tuesday. When they finally delivered my product they did not deliver my installation kit that I paid for.I get the dishwasher all set up it looks beautiful it runs okay after the third time of using it a plastic piece fell off of where you put the soap and now the soap container won't close .... The entire dishwasher door pops open before it's done with its cycle and then you cannot close it.and for $700 you would think it would dry your dishes. It does not. Very disappointed.

I run my dishes through the short cycle and they come out sparkling clean. The door pops open when it’s finished and the dishes are dry.

They said that the warranty was no longer valid so I have a $700 dishwasher that doesn’t even work, been trying to get it repaired for three months through geek squad another telling me they the warranty with them is no longer valid and I have to pay $90 just for them to diagnose it and then pay for the repair and parts so I have a dishwasher that wasn’t even a year old that didn’t work and I had to pay for it to be fixed. Do not buy Samsung.
