New Dishwasher great experience!

The whole process was so simple! I buy all my appliances from Best Buy! The installers were great , on time and made sure everything was correct . Great experience!

Claim that I had a piece that they cannot do the installation do too protocol. So they left the dishwasher call the plumber to install it and he installed it without any issues everything was there that needed to be there so I’m stuck with an old dishwasher that they should’ve taken away as well

Aesthetically, good, but functionally subpar. Would not recommend despite the price. There is a nice song that is played when the dishes are done. Ended up returning.

It replaced a functional but very old dishwasher that let us know when it was running. My husband thought our new Samsung wasn't running because it is so quiet. Then he thought a ghost was in the house because the door opened by itself when it was finished. First time he's ever been impressed by an appliance in our long marriage. I'm also impressed by the function but have to mention the black stainless steel. It's absolutely gorgeous. The clean lines streamlined and upgraded our kitchen. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. We added a Samsung black Stainless refrigerator at the same time. Stunning look.

The heavy duty mode is actually faster than regular but the 60 min express usually gets everything clean. Only complaint is that I accidentally turn it on when I open and close it, if it bumps into me i.e. the buttons are very sensitive. I should have gotten the front panel instead of the top.
