This is a very good dishwasher I love the way it washes your dishes they come out clean and I love how the door opens when it's done to finish the drawing of the dishes it does exactly what it says it will do a good purchase would recommend to anyone looking for a good dishwasher

The delivery were very good with the mechanics, but didn't have time to explain any of the functions. a little disappointed!!

This is a horrible dishwasher. I have had a tech come visit three times now to replace two different parts. Dishes still continue to come out dirty (leaving small particles on the dishes) even after the filter has been cleaned, and in this most recent case, replaced due to a water leak. To clean the filter, you're required to unscrew 8 screws, making it a very tedious job in comparing it to other dishwashers. I've had this dishwasher for a little over a year now, and it's already failing.

I have not used the dishwasher very much. But it seems to be very efficient. Although the cycles are long.

Once you learn how to use it, it is good but it’s not a quick study as most of the functions are not user friendly. You must keep your user manual handy. The drying function is very weird but I’m dealing with it. I got a code less than a month into my purchase that required me to turn off the unit from the breaker. Not happy about that but I got the support plan so I hope they can correct the problem quickly.

Excellent install service and problem resolution. The 2 gentleman that remedied the initial issues were professional, knowledgeable, and great. The appliance is working great.

Great looking product, quickly and successfully installed by the Best Buy installation team. So far has functioned flawlessly.

It does the job. I personally like kitchen aid better, but overall this dishwasher gets it done.

Works fine. Not sure about the “dry” technique. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase.

So far it has been ideal. It replaces an older Samsung dishwasher. Love the top tray for silverware and flat items. And the door pops open when it is done in order to cool down.

First delivery attempt was rejected because item was damaged but store replaced within a few days.

Good not great. But it is for sure worth the price.

Doesn’t clean or dry the best. It is very quiet however. Usual load takes about 2 hours

We love the dishwasher. It works great! We are however missing the bottom part of the dishwasher. We would appreciate if the part could be mailed to us. Please respond to us if there is a better way to get a hold of you. When calling the store the phone just rings and rings ..

I have seen better dishwashers with more user friendly options. This certain model only has the option to do a lower only wash versus the option to do a top only wash. The settings are not very descriptive either. I have only done a few washes in this dishwasher and doesn’t seem to get as clean as the whirlpool dishwasher I have in my other house.

I bought this dishwasher for a studio apartment I renovated. The millennial tenants who lease the apartment report that it: (1) washes to a squeaky clean level, (2) has a relatively short wash & dry cycle, and (3) and looks beautiful with the other stainless steel appliances in their kitchen.

Works great. I really like how it auto opens up to allow moisture out to dry much better. 3rd rack is really useful.

Nice clean dishwasher easy to use Great display. The racks in the dishwasher are too close together the spokes

This dishwasher was more than I expected. It really does a great job even on the express wash cycle. The dishes don’t need to be rinsed beforehand unless it’s caked on which is normal. It’s a great dishwasher, I’m really happy with it
