Bought this 1.5 years ago, from the beginning my husband noticed that our dishes did not come out clean. Over the course of a year, I’ve rewatched my dishes multiple times, changed detergent, and googled better ways to load a dishwasher. Nothing changed the fact that this dishwasher still could not get my dishes cleaned. Mugs still had coffee spots inside, cups with milk still in the bottom, and plates with tiny specks of food that all required me to hand wash to get clean. Not long into owning this, it stopped working and showed the code LC. It kept blinking, and trying to drain. I ended up opening the filter at the bottom, and soaked up all the water I could see inside the tube that drains the water out of the dishwasher. It wasn’t much, but it worked. A year later, two weeks before Thanksgiving it did it again. This time nothing I did could get the code to clear. So I called Best Buy, and they sent a tech out… 4 days later. I turned the power off to the dishwasher and waited. Tech came out, everything looked fine, and dishwasher was working again. A week after Thanksgiving, and we have the LC code again. Dishwasher is 1.5 years old. It’s out of warranty with Best Buy so I called Samsung. They weren’t of any help, and wanted to send out a Samsung tech. I’m done. This model is junk. Doesn’t clean, never has, and has leak control issues. I hate that I have to spend more money on a dishwasher after 1.5 years of getting a new one. This time I’m buying the very extended warranty.

This Samsung dishwasher is amazing and it’s super quiet. This dishwasher is great for all your needs; forks utensils, baby spoons, pacifiers, wine glasses tall or short, pots large or small and plates. You get a variety of different settings from deep clean to Quick wash.

After several weeks of use, we are in love with the operational performance. The door kick open feature surprise us both, however the drying delivery was flawless.

did a lot of research prior to buying - exceptional features at a reasonable price - VERY quiet - door opens when cycle is completed, a nice feature - nice electronic controls hidden on top of door with only "running lights" visible A great choice !!!

A little tight on top but it fit. Seems to wash good right now will see how long it lasts.

I purchased one of these dishwashers in June of last year as part of our kitchen remodel. It was delivered in August and installed in September. The day after install, it started flashing a leak code. Samsung sent a local repairman to look at it insisting it was an installation error. The repairman broke the dishwasher, my new cabinets and didn't even reconnect the deain hose stating it was "junk" and that i should NOT buy Samsung appliances. He informed me that he would contact Samsung that it was defective "out of the box". After a few days and not hearing anything, I contacted Samsung again. They said that they hadn't heard from the repairman but that it was marked in their system as fixed. After multiple phone calls, Samsung offered to send another repairman out, but would not repkace the unit because it had been "repaired". This took several weeks to resolve which was ultimately accomplished by emailing every Samsung executive I could find an email address for including the CEO. It was a very long email, detailing everything that had happened and how many times Samsung hung up on me. Finally, they sent me the purchase price back. I foolishly purchased another one of the same model. After being installed for less than 3 months, the drain pump has now went out on the second unit. I am not even contacting Samsung about it this time. I pulled the pump off of the first unit and ordered another one. Thank goodness that we will be moving soon and this dishwasher will stay with the house. I will not make this mistake again. The last new dishwasher that I had bought before this one was a Bosch that lasted more than 15 years.

Great sleek design. Controls on top are easy to read, and good selection of wash cycles. The third rack on top is great for odd shaped items, and is really handy for extra items. Very quiet and nice soft tones ring when wash is complete.

Beautiful dishwasher, but not the one I wanted. Had to settle for this one due to supply chain B/S. Wanted the 39 dba linear wash. However this one is quiet @ 48 dba. Have not used enough to tell how well it cleans heavily soiled dishware. It also does not have WiFi.

I really like this dishwasher, but you have to load it carefully to ensure every dish is cleaned.

Cleans and works as it should, pretty basic but no issues

Works great so far, very happy with the purchase. We bought this for a vacation home/Air B&B and it’s been a perfect fit thus far. I had purchased all LG appliances for my primary residence just a few months prior and wish I would’ve gotten these instead. My favorite feature of this dishwasher is that it pops open once the cycle is complete so I don’t have to worry about anything getting moldy or sitting damp in the dishwasher for hours at a time if I’m not there to open it after a completed cycle. That feature alone makes me wish I had these in my own home.

I’ve only had it a few days but it seems to be a great dishwasher. Extremely quiet operation and it gets the dishes really clean. The installation was really poor…so I will need to have them come out and redo the installation.

Awesome dishwasher! Super quiet and cleans the dishes to make them sparkle. Love the sleek design and all the great features.

Just wish our installation had gone smoother. The technician came back to our house for range and microwave and apologized for missing turning on the water.

Excellent washing performance, quiet enough for conversation right next to it. Good organization of the interior. So far, very good.

I love it. Even though I think it’s smaller than my old Samsung it’s great. I use the 1 hour quick cycle & the dishes are all coming out clean. It opens for the last 5 mins of drying so tell all the family members otherwise it can scare them. Highly recommend.
