The washer is great

Install people did not show up when scheduled. Finally had to hire my handy man to do it. Probably will go back to RC Whilley for next appliance purchase. They are a lot more dependable after the sale service.

The dishwasher started malfunctioning a month after we purchased it. The waterproof liner came off and I had to glue it back in several times until it finally gave out. It would not drain. Worked fir 6 months.

Five (5) Years Printed Circuit Board, Racking (Labor Charges for inhome service starting from the 2nd year is customer's responsibility).
Lifetime Stainless Door Liner & Tub for leakage. If the unit cannot be repaired, Samsung will replace your unit with same or current model (that is better or equivalent in functionality) (Labor related to replacement is customer's responsibility).

Really like the silverware rack at the top, its removable. Each of the 3 racks has its own water sprayer so everything gets clean. Love the sanitize function too.

Controls are on the top which is nice but it’s weird that because of their placement there’s a gap between the bottom of the counter and the top of the door. This gap allows one to see inside where the dishwasher sits between tge side cabinets

It leaves dried stuff inside our glasses when we have things on the bottom shelf and the top shelf with glasses in the middle. I feel like we have to hand wash everything first which defeats the purpose of a dishwasher.

Dishwasher Great But Load Carefully

After a little over a year, I’ve decided to throw it away and upgrade. The dishwasher will only clean properly if you use sanitation mode, and even then I have to pre-soak the dishes in hot water and soap to make sure that they are very clean. Further, the dishwasher is running at 65 dB, which is too loud for day use. If I use storm wash mode, the noise is unbearable. The tube that runs at the back of the dishwasher up the wall has already come loose and needed to be re-installed. I have run the cleaning mode every three months with the store cleaner in an attempt to prolong the quality, but this has not helped at all. I think it is interesting that in a little over a year, the price of the dishwasher dropped from around $800 to its current price. Finally, there has been a small worsening of the performance since the dishwasher was brand new, but even in the early days this was a mediocre dishwasher. The D.B. listed in the specs are not relevant because you must run the dishwasher with sanitation and preferably storm wash in order to have clean dishes. Consequence, this is the loudest dishwasher I’ve ever owned.

We needed a 33 inch french door refrigerator with all the bells and whistles. No other store had a staff that was knowledgeable enough to help us. We walked into Best Buy and they had one on the floor.

Less than 30 days after I purchased one of the dishwashers the middle washer arm fell off. That was 10 months ago!!! Since then I have spent somewhere between 8 & 12 hours trying to get Samsung to repair it. They sent a team once - with the wrong part. Today a repair team was supposed to come - they didn't show up. So ten minutes ago I gave up - I ordered and paid for the part myself. I wish I had done that before I had wasted so much time.

It is on the heavier side compared to the previous model we had. Good space and having the adjustable top rack with top tray has been amazing with fitting our off size cups and utensils.
