I cannot really speak to this product as I sold it immediately while it was still in the box. I only purchased it to get the bundle price. It arrived in time and from what I could tell, there was no damage to the box.

The first one I got leaked the first time I used it. Best Buy gave me a hard time about returning it. They did eventually did replace it after I called the CEO's office. The new one works fine and does not leak. I was more disappointed with Best Buy than the product.

Using it for 1 month. I run during night time and still havn't notcied the sound while it's running. All my stainless vessles are spot free.

I wanted to love this dishwasher. I was replacing a 15 year old dishwasher that came with my house. It was loud, slow, and started leaking around the door. Found this one, researched for weeks, finally got it, installed it, and have given it a full 2 months of daily to every other day runs and it just isn't getting the dishes clean. I am not talking about spotting on glasses, I barely care about that. But like a gritty feeling on the inside of every glass, like crumbs are sticking to everything. And I am talking like a water cup, or milk cup, and after running it through the wash, on any cycle, there is residue inside the cup. Really disappointing and to be honest, I don't have any idea what to do about it.

So far, so good... After my last washer had a catastrophic failure by leaking dishwater into the basement, the bar is super low for the new unit.... Time will tell, but my kitchen and basement are dry so that's already an improvement.

Works good, very easy to use. Had a small dent in it.

I wish I had known about the air dry feature. After a cycle is done the dishwasher pops open.

Love the dishwasher dishes come out clean however doesn’t dry dishes very well

Definitely on the quiet side, do hear it, but it preforms awesome. We are very happy with our dishwasher. Would recommend.

Had for 2 weeks now and very happy with the dishwasher. Quiet than previous model which is well appreciated and dry's the kitchenware so don't have residual water at the end of the cycle

I have had trouble with this dishwasher soon after the installation. It was replaced once and serviced a few times. The dishwasher is now out of warranty and I had to unplug it because of a loud grinding noise and smell of a burning electrical motor. Very disappointing

This was bought to replace a Kennite Elite from 15 years ago. Fairly priced, and so far no complaints. Fairly easy to use.

It's quiet, it cleans really well, and the door opens up to finish drying. I love it.

Very low to the ground, requires a lot of bending and stooping to load and unload.

Extremely quiet and washes all items without having to pre-wash - we love it and it was an excellent bargain and value

This washer has been working great so far. No leaks as I can’t say the same for some other Samsung dishwashers (on the higher end) It does make some noise while running but I would take this before the 2 leaking washers I had before.

Dishwasher has been great. Coming up on a year of use and it has functioned just as described.

Purchased this is August 2020 and within 30 days of the warranty expiring we started having issues. A couple times a week we get an error message because it doesn’t drain the water and shuts off. This sucks because we start the washer to run while we sleep so we don’t see the issue until the next morning. To fix it, we just restart the cycle and it works. Big disappointment because we have a Samsung washer/dryer set and love it. We were planning on redoing the kitchen with all Samsung, but don’t think that will be happening now.
