Once we got it working properly after many headaches, it seems to be doing the job. It’s got cool computer controls and cute sounds. The product alone gets 4 stars because of confusing operation instructions.

It had a code that said LC. I called Best Buy who referred me to Samsung since I didn’t buy the extended warranty. Samsung is sending out a tech within 2 days to try and fix the issue. In the meantime I had to shut the breaker off at the panel. Up until this morning I would have said this dishwasher was great. Leas then happy with Best Buy with a unit that is less then a month old. I’d recommend the extended warranty if you consider this dishwasher. (Purchase 12/23/20, delivery 1/16/21, install 1/25/21 and issue today 2/17/21.

I replaced my Kitchenaid because this one featured a hard food disposer. So far, I prefer my Kitchenaid. I've had to call Samsung support because dishes are not coming out clean. They recommended a different wash setting, but so far, no improvement.

I see you are having issues with getting the best performance from your dishwasher. First you will need to make sure that you are connected a hot water line ranging 120 - 140 degrees F. Next take a look at these other best practices for the best result below:

I really trusted Samsung and went all in for all our appliances, so far this is the first to fail…but 1 year of use by a family of 3, seriously?!
