This dishwasher does it's job and does it very quietly.

Exactly as described, easy installation. This was a new installation so there was a lot of extra work as compared to a replacement, but it wasn’t hard.

Nice setup inside, with options to change configuration. Has a lot of extra features I’m not used to (our old dishwasher was like 18 years old) so I’m looking forward to seeing how this one works. I don’t like where the controls are vs my old one, as once the door is shut they’re under the lip of the counter so a little hard to get to. There is an odd feature that opens the door at the end to air dry, but it’s confusing with the manual on how to setup or turn off. I’ve only ran one load, so far so good.

Pretty quite unit. I did expect it to be quiter but I am happy with the product. The door open when it is done, different.

Upgraded my kitchen appliances and this dishwasher was perfect. No issue as of yet and pretty neat the door automatically pops open when washing is completed.

Horrible. The dishwasher went out less than a year of purchase. Been waiting since November of 2022 to have it fixed and haven’t been able to use it since it broke. Samsung keeps replacing parts but it keeps breaking…..3 months and no dishwasher! Best Buy won’t help because it’s still “under factory warranty”……you would think they would just replace the dishwasher and be done with it.

very nice washer but it has a design flaw that if your water is too soapy it can throw a error code ( only happens with stormwash since it chuns water up so much ) the tech suggestion was to not wash off grease beforehand

The dishwasher was unavailable for delivery and did not arrive until one month after purchase. I sent Samsung all the paperwork showing the delivery was made just to days earlier, but they did not honor the warranty for damaged and missing parts

I’ve had for just over one month and it’s been great. One complaint would be the drying but not really a worry for me. I love this thing. Worth every penny.

I really like our new dishwasher but we are still learning how to use all it's options. What we have used so far has worked very well.

My old dishwasher died during the covid pandemnic and it wasn't super easy to find an available unit for soon install replacement. Best Buy had this unit and it had good reviews. Happy so far with it. However, the install team that Best Buy sent was TERRIBLE and tried to rip me off. They then left without finishing the job saying they had to go get something to be able to finish and that they would come back. They never did. And Best Buy did nothing to remedy the situation. So I give the machine 4 stars - but Best Buy a 1 Star.
