Early on it did not work right but we question our self. Did some one open it when it was running? Did I forget to turn it on? Then closing it door started to make a noise when it was quiet before. Now it won’t turn on because it won’t close. Samsung quality is poor.

I love the fact that it pops itself open after each cycle to speed up drying time! Although it does take longer to wash dishes but that’s because it is a newer model and it’s energy efficient so it uses less water but takes longer. It really does clean good and trust me, I’ve pushed it’s limits!

I am SO disappointed with this dishwasher it isn't even funny...The 3rd rack is totally useless and ANYTHING you put up there will NOT get clean! The dishwasher does not completely clean the dishes and I use CASCADE PLATINUM and CASCADE PLATINUM rinse agent. I expected so much more for the money I spent on this. I would love to just send it back, thatis how much I dislike.
