This thing doesn't work.. The third rack is basically useless and 2nd rack dishes will be clean maybe 60% times.. Samsung wont even acknowledge the issue, let alone fixing it.. We have complained to samsung 4 times and they will give us useless tips like use rinse aid, and that is the solution to everything.. Another useless answer is maybe hot water is not hot enough. Its hot enough for the lower rack but not hot enough for the upper rack.. great!!! they don't communicate with each other between complaints .. wow.. so professional.. (usually company would have notes for each complaint) ... representative 1 - maybe your rotator isn't functioning properly we'll replace the rotator.. then another guy comes in to replace the rotator, and he is like ohh rotator is fine.. I cant replace a functioning rotator.. I wish there was an option to give 0 star .. coz Samsung doesn't even deserve 1..

Had an earlier model of this dishwaser in my home in Houston, it worked great. This dishwasher however...doesn't actually wash anything... I have to for real hand wash everything...and then a lot of times drink glasses come out dirtier than they went in... Unfortunately I'm past the 45 day return window and am stuck with this Shat..

We recently purchased a new dishwasher to replace our Samsung 5 year old dishwasher. Replaced because detergent dispenser didn't open one third of the time. New replacement has same issue, but more frequent. Only works about 50% of the time. Will be contacting Best Buy for a replacement.

That 3rd rack up makes the lower ones almost unusable as you can’t fit anything bigger than 10” or they will block the washing blade. Forget cutting boards, long knives, mixing spoons, etc. Also, dishes need to be very flat type to fit in, anything with a curve will have to be fit in at a big angle and you end up putting much fewer items in. Dishes come out dirty often, even as simple as coffee cups. We’re returning it this week.

Bought a set of Samsung Appliances. Stove, microwave, fridge and this dishwasher. All other appliances are fine. This worked fine for 3 months then started having food debris on the dishes and silverware. Tried the usual steps, vinegar cleaning, bought dishwasher cleaning products, also used Finish Rinse aid and Lemony Shine with the Cascade Platinum diswasher pods as advised with every load. Finally called Samsung out and they told us that you need to 'pre-wash' every load... WHICH WE ALWAYS DO! So no resoltion to our dirty dishes which is really a dish rack, since we are washing dishes by hand now and only using it as a drying rack. Don't even try calling Samsung. It's a cluster *#@8! Will have to just buy a different brand of dishwasher.

Very spacious dishwasher. I really like that the drawers are adjustable for spacing of your dishes and pots. The third rack is really useful too!

I wanted buy best in class dishwashers so we don’t have to worry about scraping grease out our dishes manually, so far dis has been disappointing. Doesn’t clean and dry dishes ( utensils and plates)properly, it leaves the mark. It also doesn’t dry. My $400 kenmore was much better than this new dishwasher.

I was blown away to open the box and see it did not come with a power cord. I have purchased many appliances at Best Buy and they all had everything needed. It never occurred to me to specifically check the specifications to see if it had a power cord. Very disappointing. Additionally one of the packs of 2 wood railings were broken in two about 2 inches from the end. I do not think it will interfere with installation as the space I'm installing in is a good fit. Perhaps once I figure out how to get the power sorted, and get it installed I'll feel like giving it a better rating. but right now I'm extremely disappointed.

1 year 1 month , cannot turn on , do not buy Samsung no idea what to do who to contact . I am sure Samsung makes now fruit dish washer for sure. If Samsung read this please respond to me .

Dishwasher is ok. It does the job but is nothing special.

A terrible purchase, long term. About 4 months in, the top rack (middle, actually) stopped washing dishes well. Mid-pandemic there was no in-home service in my area, and the warranty is now expired. I wish I had never bought it

When it works it cleans well cycle fails on a pretty regular basis. Other issue is that with the silverware drawer spacing is very tight if dinner dishes are not placed exactly right the spray nozzle hits them and jams... Not as uiet as the Bosch unit it replaced.

Awesome dishwasher. We never actually used our dishwashers before because the dishes would always come back dirty. But this one leaves them spotless

Purchased this to replace our previous Bosch dishwasher. I was attracted by the specs for programming, quiet noise and steam release, however these benefits are tempered by the poor clean quality on the top shelf. This dishwasher consistently fails to clean into the corners on the top shelf and we frequently need to hand wash some items after the cleaning cycle - particularly glasses. I think it is because of the type of filter system Samsung use - there is no cleanable filter in the unit and the tiny bits of chopped up food don’t all get flushed down the waste all the time. Detergent, frequent dishwasher cleaning and rinse aid all fail to fix the issue. The only way to address it is to not fill the top shelf into the corners and even then you need to check the dishes after each cycle. Not recommend.

Fast wash cycle, Very Quiet and like that is open at the end of the cycle for dry time. Also plays music when it is finished

Love how quiet this machine is. The upper tray is perfect for all the cutlery after a big dinner party!

Worst dishwasher I've ever used. Doesn't clean. Racks are hard to move in and out. Wheels fell apart in the first year.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. This dish washer has been such a hassle since we got it. It does not matter what brand of soap/detergent we use or rinse aid, the dishes do not get clean. Even washing them before they go in they come out DIRTY. We have called Samsung multiple times, tried all the different settings, moved the dishes around, and still constantly have issues. We have tried detergent pods and even opened the dishwasher after a full cycle only to find the pod intact on the bottom.... We measure out the detergent and have tried different amounts. Nothing works. Don't waste your money.

This is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever had. It’s been 6 months and rarely does it properly clean all the dishes in one cycle. I’ve changed the way that I load, followed all the instructions in the manual, changed detergent, rinse and, AND the temperature of the water in my house. I’ve even called Samsung and had the machine serviced (which was a huge waste of time). Almost nothing helps. Cleaning the filter is a nightmare, there are about 16 screws holding it in place. I have to disassemble the filter and clean it weekly to get decent results. The third rack is useless because nothing I put up there ever comes out clean. I’m currently looking for a replacement machine this has been a terrible 6 months with this product. Absolutely terrible.

All I can say about this dishwasher is good and quiet for the money. I purchase warranty just in case
