Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst dishwasher I’ve had, issues all around, doesn’t clean well at all even with rinse aid and different detergent from pods to gel, had to pay Best Buy $250 to install new racks that started to rust after some time they were under warranty but had to pay $250 to install them mind you the top rack goes in by itself. Also now the rubber bottom is literally molding and disintegrating like what kind of products are these ! Now also not rinsing well !

Not good at washing

Have tried different soaps and does not make a difference. Samsung products are poorly made with functional flaws just made to look pretty for the consumer. Stay away from Samsung and from Best Buy’s horrible service which is horrible from delivery to the moment something goes wrong.

Used it twice and the dishes didn't come out clean. Didn't fit in my opening for my dishwasher (that was my fault for calculating the size wrong).

Love that it pops open automatically to let out steam when done. I quickly rinse my dishes before tossing them in the dishwasher and so far, they have all been squeaky clean. Only complaint is that even the express mode takes 1 hr to complete whereas the other modes can take 3 or more hrs.

Now in process of having a part time job trying to get Samsung to honor their warranty. Getting ready to just close out all business with Best Buy after 20 years as a shopper. This is the second appliance that has broke in under a year. All of it is total trash made only to get double the money out of your customers for supplement warranties since the factories no longer care about service or quality.

Disappointed with frequent LC error

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I see you have some concerns with the StormWash 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with AutoRelease Dry, 3rd Rack, 48 dBA giving off an LC error. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
LC- The dishwasher's leak sensor detects moisture or blocked water reflector (Waterwall models only). When this code occurs, the dishwasher will turn itself on and will not turn off. During this time, it will attempt to drain the water away. Here is the error code link for more details.

A visibly leaking dishwasher can be troublesome, and you may be unsure how to fix it. An installation issue, for instance, will require you to inspect the drain hose, water supply hose, and leveling legs if the leak is severe. On the other hand, receiving the error codes LE or LC indicates that moisture is detected where it doesn't belong, even if a leak isn't visible or noticeable. In this case, you can check some other things, such as the detergent drawer.

If you are installing this yourself, you need to be very gentle with the door. The stainless steel is light guage and does not have sufficient reinforcing at the bottom, be careful on where you grab when positioning the dishwasher. I would imagine the door can dent easily if someone bumps into it.
