    Wish my previous Samsung didnt break

    This dishwasher may be a higher grade than my previous Samsung dishwasher, but it does not clean the dishes. I have cleaned the filter, in a brand new dishwasher, I use the sanitize option and use Borax as a water softner and cleaner in addition to dishwasher soap. BUT the dishes, especially the glasses, have a fine grit left in them. And yes, I use rinse aid. I wish my original purchase did not break, I miss her, she actually did her job. She got my dishes clean.

    Don’t waste your money! Quit working within 6 months and dealing with Samsung for the repair has been an absolute nightmare!

    Not a Good Dishwasher at all. My 20 year old dishwasher washed better than this . Extremely long cycles and Poor washing ability .

    Dishes dont dry

    Wasnt installed properly by best buy. Had to fix the draining hose and since the hose was bent for so lomg - dishwasher didny drain properly which caused the dishwasher motor to burn out. Warranty wasnt honered by best buy. Have to repurchase a new dishwasher elsewhere

    This dishwasher is the worst samsung product i have ever owned. It constatntly has a flashing lc supposedly notifying of a water leak. There is no watwr leak and it has been pulled and checked many times. I never thought with product less than a year old i would have so much trouble. I wish i could return it.

    Control panel died within 3 weeks of purchase and just beyond the 15 day return period. Samsung is sending a tech, but I didn't spend $900 on a dishwasher to have it break right away. Do yourself a favor, buy the extended warranty. I would if I could at this point. It's incredibly asinine that Best Buy has only a 15 day return period.

    Love that it opens when it’s done to allow dishes to cool. Like the idea that you can adjust a shelf but it’s very flimsy feeling

    This Samsung dishwasher is the best we have ever owned. It gets the dishes very clean, and the 3rd rack is such a convenience. My only gripes would be that the water sometimes settles on the top. And it is a bit pricey. It is not major enough to make a difference in my rating though.

    Poor pump and drain valve

    The dishwasher drain valve and pump failed after 9 months. Fixed under warranty, now 8 month later is failing again with same issue. Even when working, the dishwasher sends a slurry of fine grain food particles all around the upper rack and coats the dishes during the rinse cycle leaving a layer of grit on glasses and bowls that can bake on if using heated drying.

    Worst dishwasher I've ever owned

    I can't believe this is a Samsung product. This is the worse dishwasher I have ever owned. It rarely cleans the dishes even though they are rinsed clean before they go into the dishwasher. Half the time there's still soap left inside at the end of the cycle. I've tried different brands of detergent and it's the same issue. I purchased this dishwasher January 2020 and I'm already looking for a replacement because this one isn't worth the trouble.

    We had this dishwasher for less than a month before it broke. We were days outside of Best Buys return policy so we contacted Samsung. It is taking just under 2 weeks before they are sending someone out to look at it. We are so upset about being without a dishwasher AGAIN for such a long time. You shouldn't have to "fix" a brand new dishwasher, especially at this price. Never again will we buy this brand or at Best Buy again.
