HOPE I GET IT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 4th delivery I've had to set; because the first time, the guy on the delivery said the door was defective; the second time they called to come install it because they thought it was already here, the third time, (today) install kit wasn't with it. NOW, I have to go back to the store and pick up and install kit ----we'll see if they do it next Friday. VERY ANNOYING!

After a little more than a year, the upper racks don't wash properly and Samsung has been out twice to fix it. Of course it's already out of warrantee so....... Their service people can't find the problem, shake their heads and leave. Its been two months and I still can only use the bottom rack.

Another thing to consider is your water pressure. The water supply pressure must be between 20 and 120 psi (pounds per square inch).
Water pressure less than 20 psi will cause water supply valve failure and prevent the water supply valve from shutting off apart from not reaching the top racks.
Your dishwasher is warranted by SAMSUNG against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the limited warranty period, starting from the date of original purchase, of:
One (1) Year All Parts and Labor.
Five (5) Years Printed Circuit Board, Racking (Labor Charges for inhome service starting from the 2nd year is customer's responsibility).
Lifetime Stainless Door Liner & Tub for leakage. If the unit cannot be repaired, Samsung will replace your unit with same or current model (that is better or equivalent in functionality) (Labor related to replacement is customer's responsibility).

This is the worst appliance I've ever owned

I purchased the entire Samsung kitchen suite of appliances when redoing my kitchen. This dishwasher actually made my glasses dirtier. No matter what I did, it was useless. I had it serviced twice, had my plumbing lines flushed, and had my water softener serviced to make sure nothing else was affecting it.

I called Samsung warrantee service on 11/28, 11/30 and 12/2, talking to agents whose English is nearly unintelligible, each promising that someone would call to make a service appointment. No one has yet. Extremely frustrating. What do you advise?

Too Sensitive

I have completed flooring, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and framing renovations to my home but I could not install this dumb washer without a code going off. I even read the manual before install, measured the hoses to the right length and still no good. I just returned it, stick with an older washer or just do it old school by hand.

The worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned

And, this dishwasher sucks! My 12 year old dishwasher was better than this. I have to leave a space between plates, the top racks are almost useless - I have to re-wash cups and utensils on the upper racks. It’s a really useless dishwasher.

Samsung needs to do more engineering for appliance

I requested service before 5 days warranty expired and they came after five days and charge me due to current date was out of warranty date, Samsung needs to do more engineering for appliances.

Poor Performance, Worse Response from Samsung

Does not thoroughly clean the dishes nor utensils. Raised issue to Samsung, and after three attempts to have in-home warranty work performed, no-one showed to repair the item. This dishwasher may very well perform to expectations when fixed, but based on Samsung's response to our request for warranty work, we will not be purchasing Samsung products again.

By far and away the worst Samsung product

I have owned for close to two years now and just about every roller or rail has broken. Best Buy technicians also installed in crooked and lopsided but never came back to fix it. Now the 3rd rack rail is broken.

After much screwing around manufacturer sent a service person who spent all of 5 minutes and told me it was the soap. worked for 4 more times then same code. Best buy will not support it for return or exchange. Avoid this model!

Disappointing Reliability and Customer Service.

Received it today, installed it as directed. Used it only one time, didn’t clean as it should. After that it didn’t stop even when Pressed on the power, didn’t stop until I plugged the cable out. Called Samsung customer service, they will send a technician in 8 days, I can’t wait for 8 days without dishwasher. I’m gonna return it and buy another brand.

We have followed the cleaning instructions in the manual (which are wrong).... but have cleaned it 3 times. No use. I would not recommend buying this dishwasher.
