I even called Samsung repair before trying to return it...and he said "It is what it is".... that's how it cleans, and that's how loud it is. Don't do it. Now I'm past return date, and trying to replace a $600+ dishwasher.....

You absolutely have to hand wash all silverware before putting it in the top rack or it will leave any food on it. Its so frustrating, it's pretty counterproductive to wash your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

Thankfully best buy stands behind their stuff and i was able to replace it with a different dishwasher only paying the difference.

I spent way too much on this dishwasher for it to peel so soon. The black stainless is just a garbage coating that peels even when you take care of it like a baby.
