    This dishwasher is disappointing at best. I’m not a fan of the new automatic open drying feature. At the end of the wash cycle, the washer pops open to allow the dishes to air dry. It does not have a drying mechanism. The dishes come out damp and full of water spots!!!

    Do not purchase this Samsung washer. Just 7pm the into the usage, the washer start falling apart. You will regret wasting your money.

    I would really rate this at zero if it were an option. We've had service out five times- currently doesn't work at all and just bought it in November. Takes very long time to get service. Horrible, horrible.

    Terrible dishwasher, doesn't clean as well as our 20yo roper did. It leaves food particles behind and baked on. We have tried many different settings and types of detergents. We regret this purchase.

    Love it. The third rack has plenty of room for cutlery. The spring door at the end of the wash is an amazingly good feature.

    Worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Had samsung technicians out twice. They confirmed there was nothing wrong, it's just terrible. You have to use the liquid dishwasher detergent and alot of it!! Most times we need to rewash anything from the too shelf. Do not buy.

    Very Nice Dishwasher!

    After many years with my KitchenAide DW, it was time to replace it. Decided to try out the Samsung and so far I am quite pleased with it! Love the upper third rack for small lids and utensils but I do need to be mindful of taller items in the top rack itself as these prevent opening the upper 3rd rack....but just a learning curse here. Machine is quiet and the dishes come out great. Easy to load. I use the 60 minute wash-The same wash was 30 minutes in my old machine so I hope I am not using up too much more energy hoping this DW is more efficient than my 15+year old Kitchenaide! Overall so far so good and I am impressed. Price was right too with purchase of other Samsung appliances too.

    Complete crap. It’s difficult to shut the dishwasher without the wheels hitting the metal gasket on the inside of the door. Every time the wheels hit the gasket it slowly bends back, until water leaks from the dishwasher. This has happened twice in the last year.

    I have owned this for 6 months and it stopped working about 2 months ago. Its saying it wont drain. There is mothing ckogging the machine and I am assuming its an electrical issue like every other appliance I have recently bought

    I was really optimistic about this dishwasher, but because it was Covid I had to order online without seeing it. Unfortunately, the interior of the unit was cheap and the top shelf dropped down a couple of inches when you pulled it out. I had to return it.

    Pump Failure

    Pump failed after 13 months. Samsung only offers a one year warranty on parts and labor so would not replace it.

    I am reviewing Best buy delivery and installation company, who showed up to deliver dishwasher and after 3 weeks of delays, rescheduling and no installation, we had them take it back and PC Richards matched the price delivered and installed in 3 days.

    Interior problems, metal holding rubber gasket in place is faulty and comes off of maching. Known problem to Samsung. Maching does not properly seal and water leaks.

    This machine was purchased March 2021. Today (10/21) I received an error message indicating it was leaking. When calling our home insurance, they said this is a common problem for Samsung machines. Pretty disappointed!
