    This dishwasher was poor Constructiin within a year we had to replace it because the bottom rack would get stuck from the interior coming loose.

    It works fine. Not great. The racks are cheaply made. That’s what I get for buying online and not looking at it in store.

    Doesn't work - Issues getting replacement

    Dishwasher was delivered on 11/29 and installed and would not turn on. Install team said it was a manufacturer issue and recommended replacing it with a new one vs trying to fix this one. Replacement wasn't scheduled until Jan but Best Buy was able to find stock at another warehouse in mid December and set up new install appt for 12/23 which was unfortunately cancelled due to a snowstorm hitting the area. New appt wasn't set until 1/20. I called and complained and it was pulled into 1/13 which is still 2.5 weeks away and more than 6 weeks from when the dishwasher was originally installed. In the meantime, I have have been hand washing dishes this entire time. So frustrating. I only purchased this dishwasher because I had a great deal on buying 4 Samsung appliances but I'm wishing I would've never swapped it out. I will update the review once I get a working dishwasher installed but for now I am very disappointed.

    Our old Bosch dishwasher finally gave out after 15 years of excellent performance. We replaced it with this Samsung dishwasher. The first one was noisy and left food residue baked on after the cycle. So did the second one. Replaced it a third time. It worked a little better, but it still leaves food residue behind. And it's not that it's just not washing residue off the dishes. It deposits residue in glasses that contained only liquid when they went into the dishwasher. It doesn't matter what cycle is run; it doesn't matter how the dishwasher is loaded. Dishes come out dirtier than when they went in. Other reviewers have had this problem and posted pictures. I can vouch for their accuracy. Our dishwasher performs the same way. This dishwasher is pretty much junk and I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance because of it.

    Not even a month and we have service coming out to reinstall. Thurd rack is clunky, waste of space.

      The cutlery rack is best suited for flatware and cooking or serving utensils. You can place cutlery and utensils randomly or regularly on the cutlery rack. For the most effective cleaning,
      heavily soiled utensils or items with baked-on foods should be placed in the lower cutlery basket. The entire cutlery rack can be removed if more space is needed on the upper rack for more oversized items.

    This thing has been the worst appliance I've ever purchased. Not going to give the full rap, but the short version is - no matter the settings or types of dish, it will either leave soap buildup or seemingly not touch it at all on 40% of the items.
