    When I first got it, I loved it! I thought it was the best dishwasher in the world, I didn’t even complain when the BB guy installed it in a way that prevents me from being able to open one of our kitchen drawers in our brand new home, unless the door is open. It won’t fit a lemi shine pod unless you break it first and make it smaller. The dishes are never fully dry and now after only ONE YEAR it sucks at cleaning the dishes. I use jet dry and cascade rinse aid and cascade platinum pods. I scrub, the inside of the dishwasher monthly, I use refresh dishwasher cleaner weekly and I never over load. I unscrewed and removed the bottom screen to clean it and also the back piece but that did not help.

    Works well but has a manufacturing defect around the seal of the dishwasher that has made it increasingly difficult to roll the bottom rack in and out without lifting it. I have been unable to locate someone to repair this defect.

    So angry with the quality. Unboxed and there is a defect in the door and large bend in the metal. I’m passed the point where I can return but couldn’t install until rest of kitchen remodel was complete. So now I have a very poor looking dishwasher in a nice new kitchen.

    Bougth it on Nov 2021, it stop working on Dec 2022. Never buying Samsung again. For me, It's clear made to stop working in about a year after the warranty expires.

    I bought this dishwasher along with all my other appliances. So far this is the worse design I've possibly seen. The bottom rack keeps constantly coming out of the rail, along with the little wheels that are detached from it. where you are supposed to put the soap is not even big enough and you can't close the lid because then the soap doesn't come out. Where you are supposed to put the drying rinse agent has a lid, it's not even something that you can fill, so every single cycle you have to add it. I can even keep going without getting really upset. We just move-in to our new place and I'm ready to replace.

    Have run this dishwasher 4 times and it doesn't wash OR dry!! Did all the trouble-shooting. Already have a repair person coming to check it out. Never had a dishwasher that didn't work properly upon install!!! Now waiting over a week before someone can come out. Wouldn't recommend this one! We bought the Samsung kitchen suite, so 4 appliances in the Tuscan finish, and this piece has been a nightmare. Had to have a tile guy come to remove 4 tiles so we could get the dishwasher into the space, and he has come back to replace those tiles. $200.00. If we have to get a replacement dishwasher, it's going to cost us AGAIN to have the guy come back to remove and replace those tiles. VERY FRUSTRATING!! We have purchased plenty of Samsung items. Never dreamed we would have an issue.

    SO DISAPPOINTED with Samsung! We have gotten the "LC" error code twice on our dishwasher and after the second time we got the code, and countless hours on the phone, Samsung was unable to find us a service provider after trying four different providers (one never responded, another cancelled the appointment for no reason, a third said they did not service MD, and the fourth said they did not service the zip code)--this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I would give no stars but I had to at least select one.
