    THE WRONG DISHWASHER WAS INSTALLED. THIS IS THE 5TH INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT THAT BEST BUY HAS COME OUT TO MY HOME AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ME THE CORRECT DISHWASHER I PAID FOR. THE FIRST TWO APPOINTMENTS THE DISHWASHER WAS DAMAGED. THE THIRS APPOINMENT THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG DISHWASHER AND INSTALLED IT. THIS FIFTH TIME, THE WRONG DISWASHER WAS INSTALLED, THE DISWASHER PICTURED IN THIS EMAIL WAS NOT THE DISHWASHER DELIVERED AND INSTALLED.

    I purchased this dishwasher to replace my 15 year dishwasher. This doesn't work as well as my older dishwasher. The dishes are not getting as clean. Sometimes I have to run it twice. It gets frustrating.

    How is this a dishwasher?!?!?

    Bestbuy upgraded my full kitchen package with this dishwasher due to a screwup. Now i wish they hadn't. I have spent more in Plumbers trying to make this thing work than I actually paid for the unit. As many others have stated, this thing couldn't clean a dish if it had a monkey on the inside licking plates clean. And of course since everyone moves at the speed of smell, it is long past its 45 days return window. Seriously tired of throwing money out the window!!

    Dishwasher doesn’t actually clean dishes. The first month it works fine. Then begins to slowly determinate in quality. I have to prepare and post wash my dishes which petty much makes it worthless. It’s out quiet. Pretty loud. It does open automatically on post wash. The only thing that works as expected. Doesn’t matter if you put it in stormer mode or any other setting. Your dishes will not be clean. Also good to note that there isn’t much room for dishes between the 1st and 2nd level. If the plates are too big, it will prevent the wash blade from spinning. So your plates need to be small if you lower the second rack. So many complaints.

    Brand new dishwasher with stormwash feature and it leaves food on all the dishes. Nothing ever comes out clean. Have tried different soaps, different washing assists...nothing helps

    Poor quality, broken within 5 uses

    I bought this a couple months ago, and have used it 4-5 times. Loaded and started it last night, then went to bed. At some point it stopped working before even releasing the dishwasher soap, and now won't even turn on. Tried to call Best Buy for repair, was told that they cannot schedule an appt due to my zip code. They submitted an "escalation form", and I now have to wait for 4 business days to even hear back on when they will schedule my repair appt.

    What a terrible product and Samsung has terrible customer service! Purchased this in April 2021 and it is leaking at a seam that can’t be fixed. I expected samsung to order a new dishwasher and to have someone install it. Instead they are giving me store credit but the dishwasher costs more now than what I paid. I’m going back to whirlpool!

    Leaves dishes dirty

    I bought this dishwasher back in July and had it installed in September after my kitchen remodel. It looks great and is very quiet but leaves dishes dirty. I always have to put some cups and glasses back to be washed again. I always rinse items before putting them in the dishwasher and I can't find any filter inside to clean.

    Bad warranty and expensive repairs

    Barely had this dishwasher 18 months and the control panel died. Replacing the control is going to cost about $400, and I'm told it's possible something else is fried, but they won't know until the control panel is replaced, and that would cost an additional $400. At that point, repairs cost more than the price of the dishwasher. I would recommend avoiding this model, and any really any Samsung appliances. Their warranty is bad.

    Garbage.. worst purchase ever. Great for the first few months and then it began deteriorating, the rack wheels were coming off, then the outline which keeps the water in. Called Customer service and they were no help it said it couldnt be fixed. Then k told them.well it says in the warranty that if it leaks theyre obligated to send me a new dishwasher. The next day they send me a text message saying theyre not doing anything about it. Save your money and hassle

    This dishwasher was cheaply made and was very disappointed in Samsung.. had it for 6 months and it couldn’t do what it was designed to do and that wash dishes!! Would always through up an error message and Samsung sent a tech to repair 4 time and everytime they couldn’t fix it! I spent more time with this dishwasher being broken then it actually worked.. eventually Samsung gave me a full refund and I upgraded to the higher end model can can’t be happen

    This dishwasher consistently doesn’t drain, with no error codes and completing any cycle. We’ve had a service tech in once to replace a faulty board and now that were having issues again, it is no longer Samsung’s concern. The replaced part is less than a year old yet Samsung won’t stand by they’re product and replace it.

    Worst Dishwasher

    This is the worst appliance I have ever owned. The plastic racks are very cheap and flimsy. Worst part is the bottom rack hits the side of the frame so you literally have to pick up the entire rack every time to push it in. The plus is that it does dry pretty quickly. I am trying to get an exchange so I can get this awful piece of equipment out of my home.
