Makes dishes dirtier

I can't believe how many good reviews this thing got. The only spot it cleans is the bottom rack with storm wash area. The top and middle rack forget it, throws all the debris from bottom to top racks.

He had a million reasons why he couldn’t do the job. This is the second guy you sent and the dishwasher is still in the box at my house. You didn’t install. You didn’t haul the old one off. I want a full refund and I will be bringing it back. Worst installation services I’ve ever seen. Your worker was lazy and a joke.

Electronics replaced twice in first 3 months.

Twice the electronics died and had to be replaced, which took 2 weeks each time. I am so frustrated...this was brand new! Also, the top rack does not fit well into the machine until you figure out a way to get it in there just right.

Breaks after 2 years

It never really seemed to wash as well as I wanted it to and the wash times seemed really long but it worked. It has since stopped working and to replace the motherboard is going to cost $400!!! I should have paid the money for a whirlpool/maytag/kitchenaid.

Bad Samsung Dishwasher (Junk) Don't buy
